This trailer felt movie level in itself. The line up for this year is gonna be crazy. Netflix respectfully reminded me why I have a monthly subscription. And the little peak of knives out 2 at the end was the icing on top!

It was so cool how they got actors to do those bytes to cameras in the middle of production of whatever show or film they were doing. Netflix marketing is truly next level!

Netflix has truly paved the road for anyone to make whatever movie they want and have a platform those Directors/Producers can share them on without worrying about budget or box office reviews
why would they worry? If they need more money, they'll just raise the subscription fees. they're set for life because we'll continue to pay as long as they continue to feed us entertainment.
I've worked as a production assistant on some Netflix shows and let me tell you... They are not slowing production down on anything! Looks like a great line up.

The best thing about Netflix is when a trailer drops the movie gets released shortly after...you dont have to wait months like other studios.

I confess that when I saw that Sophia Wylie would be cast as Agatha in "The School for Good and Evil" I was a little apprehensive, because I was very attached to Agatha's characteristics in the books, but... DAMN, the girl managed to show Agatha's energy in just one frame! She is now my favorite of the cast.

I agree! When I saw they cast her for Agatha, I was extremely doubtful the movie would be good, but that one frame in 1:04, I quickly became attached. If she can capture Agatha in just one frame, imagine her doing this for six-seven (because they often split the final book in half like HP, Twilight, and Hunger games) movies!
Same, my doubt and slight initial disappointment flew out the window for her with just that cut. I still find her so, so gorgeous, so I wonder how they’ll make her look for the beginning of the story :*> I just want to see this movie asap!

That's the hiccup. They will have to break off from their online subscription base to "box office" base numbers. They will have to create a leg for "theater releases" at some point. As for now this is all online subscription base. I'm waiting for the time when Netflix will come out of the woodwork and say "what's up Disney". 😎

What's impressive about Netflix is that they are able to keep everything secret without any leaks (which makes it more enjoyable to watch). Not sure how Disney/Marvel aren't able to do the same thing..there's constant leaks everywhere..
