The only way this challenge could be better is if they made it like 20 battles so it last longer.
That would make it much worse imo. CR is too stressful for that with people emoting and rubbing in the win

gotta admit. its a very good game mode. fits so well in the game and opens the door for players to try new things and experiment with counters and win conditions. kudos to supercell for landing a solid feature
unique stuff like this is very fun, i dont want weird silly modes where stuff constantly spawns at the back, or potions are everywhere, i want new clever quirky new ways to think and play the game

My favorite part about this new mode is that it adds another strategic aspect to the game before you even start the match. Hopefully more modes/updates like this in the future.

This game mode was one of the most fun thing I had in clash royale for a while

I agree that this should always be a playable game mode, even a second ladder for it because it's just so fun
My strategy for the mega draft challenge is to go for goblin barrel, archer queen, mighty miner, wall breaker, miner. Then cards like guards, goblins, goblin gang and spear goblins. After that I try to get spells like log, barb barrel, arrows, and fire ball, than mini tanks like knight, Valkyrie and it's easy game
I immediately take the spells so I can take the swarms later 😂

It’s definitely fun but I think it would funner if you couldn’t see what the other person picked
then how would that work, you both have to choose from a set amount of cards, or unless 2 people have 2 sets of cards

Game mode probably won't stick around for long so likely won't matter. But picking a hero right after your opponent does isn't very efficient since each player can only have 1. Probably better as your last pick imo

Is it only me or does anyone feel like clash royale only gives the good options or matchups (in ladder or global tournament) to those with pass royale or paid before? I have one free to play and pay to win account and I feel a lot of difference in the matchups even in the “even leveled” global tournaments. My pay to win account also tends to get a lot of 1hp troops that get a lot of value.
