3D Google Earth in SketchUp. Using the photogrammetry app called PhotoCatch on a MacBook, we can import a (decent) fully textured model into SketchUp. This provides great control to visualize your design in the surrounding environment.

Great video! I had no idea this was possible. What a good technique to get a very quick site model into sketchup!

Do I have to use quicktime to record? For Windows users.

- Sadly, this workflow is MacOS only, but there are several options for photogrammetry apps for the PC. Screen recording can be done in any program. Cheers!
