On this episode of The Last Stand, Lucky Duck predator pro Geoff Nemnich is still in North Dakota with good friends on day 2 and 3 of their hunt. There's some crazy weather coming in so they feel they are racing the clock. High winds and snow make for some difficult hunting but there's some great information in this episode you don't want to miss! Lots of tips about sounds, volume, length of stands and more!

Id much rather spend 2 days in that weather having a good time with friends than 2 good weather days at work.
You got that right!
I love coyote calling. However, grinding it out in that weather for 3 days to kill maybe 2…at that point I start thinking about staying by the fire. Great vid!
This is usually how my stands go. I appreciate you showing the good, bad & the ugly.
Thanks so much for the tips. I live less than an hour from Pettibone.
Appreciate all the tips and hammering out all the stands for us.🎉
You bet!
The bad with the good. I love it. It ain’t ever easy. Thanks.
So true!
So glad to hear you enjoyed hunting in my home state. It really gets underestimated for a lot of reasons!
Can't go wrong with Harvesters in Pettibone! Thanks for a taking a trip up to the north country Geoff, need to come a little farther west in ND next time though!
I absolutely love your guy's videos I can't get enough!
You all gave it your best and it shows how things can go. It's getting close to their breeding season so after this next blast of snow and cold I'll try getting out.
For sure! Thanks for watching and good luck.
Great shots as always!
Thank you for all the tips and tricks Geoff. Your podcast has helped me bag 2 coyotes as of recent! Cant wait for the next podcast ep!
Great to hear!
Another kick ass video Geoff! Explaining your tactics is always so helpful. I probably sit far too long on some stands. However, one spot I go, I consistently get them in around 20-25 minutes. Not sure why.
That's awesome. Thanks for watching!
glad to see I ain’t the only one who goes to struggle city from time to time
dang! tough goin and kudos for stickin it out. reminds me of every time I go, even with ideal conditions. nice to see some others finally suck too. Rockin the Revolt.
Thanks for watching. Those slow days make us appreciate the good ones even more!
Another great video that's hunting. Nothing's guaranteed.
Yep that's right!
Great video. I do the same thing when I’m on a coyote hunting on windy days with only a hotel room to go back to 😂. When I’m close to home I go home and drink coffee and hang out with my wife and kids on days like that.
Wow what tough conditions. At 22:45 it appears that the wind is howling hard but it also looks to be right at your back.
Fantastic video brilliant location what happens to the coyotes you cull
Awesome video, 😀
Glad you enjoyed it
Way to keep after it, the rewards will come..
What gloves/mitts you wearing?
Glad my house wasn't in line with that skyline shoot 😬
What I learned for this video is don't talk on stands😅
what set up are you gets running? (gun/scope/ammo)
What caliber do you use?
I'd be curious to hear what the guys think about more recent reports showing how coyote hunting isn't really all that effective and translates into higher populations the following year. The opposing argument being that you aren't going to eradicate coyotes and they're native to many US states anyway, but thinning out local areas allows other wildlife to thrive without so many top predators roaming around.
Have you ever thought of filming through your scopes with a GoPro?
What kind of calibers u all hunting em with? Just curious
22-250. 223. 6 creed and 22creed
What seats do ya’ll use?
Lucky duck predator seats!
Should’ve brought snowshoes
Thank you for showing how it really is most of the time for me. It makes me feel better. Lol. GO CHIEFS!!
My god less talking more calling.
This is wrong and bad to put on here
