Same here 😅🤣🤣🤣
Same, making Salisbury steak for dinner and watching this at the same time. Lol
And 47 sec.🤓
Ditto
Real.
Didn't think it was possible, but I swear your painting skills improve every video. That was just beautiful.
I completely agree. Especially when you look back at older videos before he actually spoke in them (not that they were bad). I've been tying flies and making lures off and on for 30+ years, on my best day I can't get paint jobs like that. Not to mention Nate's superior wood working.
Awesome!! Glad you enjoyed the bait package! Thanks for the shoutout and including the unboxing in your video! Much appreciated brother!!
Nice looking baits mate
The lord of the rings themed whistling was sublime!
Gooood evening from central Florida! Hope everyone has a great night!
Proud of you for remembering the net this time 😂
Whistling lord of the rings music while working is one of the great joys of life. Also great bait, very fishy
Hi from Russia. Your wobbler is awesome! Much better than from the shop!
Ive been having a crap day. The timing of this hitting my front page was perfect. Keep up the good work!
Amazing paint on this one. That bass was COLD! Those flops were slow! Still wanting to see a bait that looks like Chip
It’s been a year or two since I’ve seen your vids and you just caught me again
I’ve never caught a catfish on any of these live minnows. I’ve used several of them for years. From four inch to seven inch minnows. It’s always baffled me. But when they die and I use them as cut bait I can catch a channel cat or two, but never a blue or flathead cat. I’m fishing the Ohio River to be specific. I love your videos and appreciate your work and dedication. Thank you for the content sir.
Such a cool channel and videos. Keep up the good work through the winter, we all struggle but spring will come eventually.
I literally wait a whole day to watch his new vids in bed with a cup of tea beside me. It’s soo relaxing, almost ASMR in a way
It's insane to think back on your older videos and how much better you have gotten. Amazing and inspiring!
Nate never stop making baits, I’ve watched your stuff in my free time for the past 6 months and will continue. Always a good watch.
The way u make those eyes are freaking sweet… sick bait as well. Well done sir 🤝
You should totally do a collab vid with NDYakAngler. Be awesome to see your lures crushing big old fish up in MN and ND.
I would like another Ain't Baitin soon. Maybe a general overview of what you have plans to do next year. Any bigger/challenging products or tasks? Maybe create a store where you sell small baits at more affordable prices in addition to your original merch store. Maybe create a tutorial workshop like blacktail studios or Kyle Royer knives showing YOUR processes and knowledge. The kiddo getting a lil older, maybe make a bait for him to paint to fish with. Maybe have the wife create more fly-tied tails to make a batch of bucktails or spinnerbaits. I'm excited to see what the new year brings! Much love, Nate! 😊
Absolutely beautiful paint job. The Google comment was hilarious. And Chip at the end getting all ansy. Loved it.
I wish I could find a bait of yours for sale. I am always impressed with your painting knowledge, man. It's crazy how good and realistic they always come out.
“I have a sub inferior mouth…openings point down 🥴” LMAO😂😂😂I spit my pop all over the room. Still laughing. Worth it lol😂
Glad to see that I'm not the only one who whistles Lotr while working.
Your lure painting is a work of art I wish I could get my lures to look half as good as your your awesome
Marling Baits. Your attention to detail and your abilities to create it are off the charts. Whole new level of bait maker. Props to you, Brother. I'm thoroughly impressed
I think Bill Engvall described fish with that kind of mouth, as a " Dork Fish"! Which would probably make a great lure, corn dog optional, of course!
You should do another trip to somewhere on the coast next year and do more saltwater
Right up there with one of my favorite baits you've made. Thanks for taking us along 👍.
I've watched so many of your videos, all the way back to when you didn't speak in them. Hands down this is my favorite bait. It's crazy to see how much you have evolved as a bait maker. Keep up the great work!
Slow day at work means time to watch marling baits!
This was one of my favorites you've ever done thus far.
Beautiful Bait! Thank you so much for your content and for the time and care you put into each bait and subsequent video. It shows and we really appreciate your work.
Spot on. Killer paintjob. I instantly went down to paint a bait after seeing this lol
You have convinced me to start bait making
Best baits you have made so far...Great Job Nate!!
that's just art, and i love it
Hi Chip! I think it is hilarious the look you gave the camera at the end, you can tell this is a community not just a channel when you know that we know that the pupper goes outside after you say on to the next bait....
More jerkbait/swimbait content is always a good way to end the night. 🤘🏼
I would never consider more detail obsessive just dedication to detail and accuracy
Great content as always you're painting skills are just beyond impressive them complimentary colors came out nice
Definitely your best paintjob yet 🔥 keep up the great work 💯
That is an amazing color match!! Holy crap
One of the best looking baits you've ever done I think. Bravo
That's a beautiful bait Superb painting . Great video
Here in the UK. That lure will *DEFINITELY* catch a lot of Pike/Muskie!!!
Two more spectacular looking baits. Well done as usual young man.
I love it when I get to watch your videos within the first 10 min of uploading 🤣. Makes my workday better!
Stumbled across your videos and they're great! Also don't live all that far from Marion, haha.
Man that’s a beautiful bait! I was like why are you fishing with something that big in November and then bam! Massive pond bass! 😂😂
Anyone else get mesmerised by these vids, dream of making a bait like that?, wondering if it’s as easy but then thinking, “I bet that’s years” that plug looks beautiful, hitting my self “you can’t do that” mate your good at his!
The endings always get me 🤣
Beautifully painted bait. That gold color on top pops out and looks good. The soft pour baits are ok, but your wood carved/painted bait's are really my favorites. They show off your talent better in my opinion.
For some reason this fun facts was awesome!! Might have been the facial expressions but not sure. 🤣🤣 Someone already said this but your painting skills are almost unhuman!!!! Your eyes have evolved beyond the "normal" ability to see the color spectrum and how layers change the effect. Also...I'm sure I'm not the only one but the eyes you do for a specific bait are far better than the pre-made ones you use occasionally. Can't wait to be able to special order a few baits if that's possible. Your videos are a special thing that we all love that you share!
Man those are among the best you've ever made! Super!
I love the chip clips at the end of your videos.
I'm a simple man.. I see a Marling baits video, I click like and watch.
Wow! What a beautiful bait Nate! I get more and more impressed for every video! Keep it up mate! 😁
Thanks Nate, for another great bait video! Looking forward to the next one...FishOn....Jim
That was pretty neat and a beautiful bait!
Glad you got it back!
Crazy mad skills you have there 😜 Thank you for sharing.
Love the overall beauty of this bait. That bait would slay at Lake of the Ozarks. Your videos help get me through lulls in the workday, love your content and I feel like I learn lots.
Your content is top shelf MB!
My week is officially complete excellent job as always 👍🎣
16:01 That looks even better in the outside light. Wow
another one. you’re the Best, Dude. Nate - could you give a bit of an airbrush ops tutorial while painting your next bait, like: cleaning & setup between colors, nozzles, flow-rates, psi preference, etc., or could you point me toward a MBs video that you’ve already done that highlights your paint ops? I’d like to hear it directly from the one that I consider the Master, eh? I’ve gotten the shaping & sealing down pretty well, but do a poor job (or inconsistent) at physically producing/representing what my initial vision was/is. I’ve encountered a few Happy Mistakes that have turned out to be successful in bass trickery, so I got that going for me…which is nice.
lets goooo i get my marling fix *scratches neck*
Oh that's super cool, been a lil bit since I checked in on this channel. I like how you're doing the eyes now!
A super scale bait. Every single layer is done with scales, or however many different scale sets you have. Gills, eyes, tail, lateral line, everything done with a scale pattern. Because yeah... 😂
Definitely the master, I'm starting to get pretty good thanks to Mr Marling
sandy bottom creek....that's going to be my new band name
Stoked you got it back man. I had something similar happen due to a top guide missing the ceramic bit. Sheared the braid clean and I lost a lure. Another epic video brother!!
I’m just gonna say it. That bass flopping in the net sounded like walking with wet flip flops or crocks😂 amazing video! Awesome work love the content!
Eating lunch while watch a new Marling baits vid. What could be better
Now that was a shining example of a shiner, Nate!
Nice work! Also i love the fenwick hmg inshore rods
You are truly an artist.😄👍♥️
You have become a master sir. Respect!🤜 amazing lure.
Very good as always.
Love it as always. Try brass and bronze too, copper and gold are so bright
Love the videos.......would love to see you do a video on soft plastics with your marling/epic molds ........some fancy looking ones
Best paint jobs yet. Real beauties
deadly looking jerkbait, love the paint job
Pretty sure your whistled tune was from lord of the rings, the first bit in the shire. Sweet video, beautiful lures. 🔥👊🐟🐟
Always love the vids
I've raised Ozark minnows in aquariums, they are fun little fish to watch but must have a decent flow to sit in, great smallmouth candy!
Really cool. Very realistic.
Woohoo! Awesome!🤩
awesome as usual Nate 🤙🏽
I think your in the top 3 of my favourite youtubers😂
I’m gonna count the the scales on the lateral line… love the fun facts, 😂😂😂
Awesome that you are creating your own eyes.Impressive bait of a bait shop bait.
11:41 Oh yeah, that looks real good. For real you should be proud of your work.
Need a marling baits lure retrieval mechanism. You could even make a mold and pour it with lead or something cool for the channel
Those outro clips 😂😂 in perfect order
Man you nailed it.
Great video as usual! Nice goody bag from Baitchuckin
I thought i was the only person with a Lee lead pot that clogs up. Great video as always.
most people in fall in Iowa are in tree stands or combines you sir are out fishing i love it!
Amazing . I carved my first lure yesterday because of your channel ! Needless to say it was a monstrosity . But anywho thank you for this content !
