Cuts grass much better after you added the electric starter. 😀 Well done! You are a master inventor. I think I would have just replaced the pull cord.
😁😂🤝
I hope you joking
This is an excellent idea without all that rotten pull string nonsense.
My recoil starter lasts a bit longer as my mowers have a device known as a blade brake clutch. If I have to stop for whatever reason briefly, the blades stop and the engine continues to run.
The company that produces that glue should pay you money - I went and bought that glue after I saw it in your clips - you use it at everything :))
Kidding aside, this glue is really great my Friend🙌🙂🤝
รรุ
It's not Glue it's Grease to lubricant the moving parts it's just in a syringe.
Would have cost less to pay attention and buy a better mower, not too bright.
@@g.a.f3398 9:36 That’s a bottle of cyanoacrylate glue or “C.A. Glue”(superglue). It can be sprayed with a “kicker” to make it set faster.
so much work. amazing theres not just a kit for this? money to be made by the company...
Congratulations! Sensational!!! Sure it will catch fashion for some manufacturers...
Thank you 🙏 great 👍 idea 💡 well done 👍👏👏👏👋☮️
now i have made my push mower a walk behind using an electric motor. i have to say, that's pretty cool.
Very good job my friend. It is very useful modification 👏👏👏
I'm glad you liked it my Friend🙂🤝🍀
Awesome modification ❤ Love it ❤
I'm glad you liked it my Friend🙏🙂🤝🤝🤝
I honestly cannot express how much i loved this video. I was superglued to it.
Nice! Maybe a cover for the motor? for dust, rain, etc.
No need! Just put it in a garage or something and cover it with a blanket.
Check the valve clearances on this mower. If you set them up well, it will fire better.
Been setting mine by what Teryl does 4 thousandths. Does fire better.
I imagine the gearing from the Power Wheels gearbox is really low. Gives you more torque, but it turns slow.
That was a nice job but why did you remove the filters from the starter motor? With all of the dust mowers produce I would think they would be very important.
Once again you post such a helpful video my friend. Good job. Congratulations!
Thank you my Friend🙏🙂🤝🤝🤝
Fantastic engineering on something that is not easy to do!
You are GENIUS!! Nice idea!
Thank you my Friend🙏🙂🤝🤝🤝
Nice! I did that with my John Deere riding mower.. works great 👍
great idea, recycling parts of systems to make anothers. It make me smile, as i have also take the motor and transmission of the old same toy 3 years ago ;) I don't know for what purpose at this time, but i will see ;)
Ok.... Now all i need it to ask my kids if i can take apart there toy car... 😀
😂😂😂
You are crazy mate 😁😁😁 very good job, I can't imagine what other ideas you have 👏👏👏
😁😁😁
Piękna robota. A teraz kosiarka się posypuje i rozleci, bo to taka jakość. 😭
Rope better, reliable, no electronics needed. Exercise too.
Установка аккумулятора над цилиндром не очень удачная идея. А так отлично 👌 придумано🎉
Awesome 🤩 Just great mod, hats down 🙌
Thank you Brother🙏🙂🤝
Great job! I hope your kids aren’t mad ….
😁 She's grown up now❤️
Without a bendix to disengage the gear, the gear will wear down fast.
It does disengage all he did was motorized the pull start mechanism which disengages by those metal pins and springs that he installed twards the end
Re watched the video. missed the clutch install before.
Please cover the starter motor.
Superbe le bricolage
Cosa dire stupenda idea complimenti
Geile Idee... hätte von mir sein können...😅👍
😁🙂🤝🤝🤝
The battery shouldnt be on the hot motor.. put it near the endstop switch.
Hats off to you well done
This has inspired me! Do you know what rpm that motor ended up turning the engine at? What rpm does the crank need to be turned at to start engine?
This is awesome. Love it.
1:05 this is the exact reason why I'm scared of recoil starters
🙆💥😅
Very usefull congrat's ,and tanks God bless you!
Awesome job but you Shouldn't use heavy grease in the dog leg spring area as it stops them retracting properly and i think thats what that awful squeely noise was when the engine was running
I was wondering about that, also, I expect dust will get in and make it worse over time.
Or, once you remove the pull cord, take your cordless drill with a 19mm socket and start it directly off the nut that’s there.
That's pretty clever and nice work by the way but back in my day I would just use my cordless drill and a socket and extension and spin the flywheel nut
That's a really excellent way to break your wrist (if you don't have an adapter that prevents rotation feeding back to the drill).
Now you must always charge the battery 😂😂😂🤣🤣
😎😎😎
@waltermhaladi2320 so? don’t you have to charge a car battery too?
@@Zeddify but with a car it recharges it the mower doesnt
금손 입니다
I toyed with the idea of fitting a starter motor to my mower but Aldi was selling one with electric start and self propel for A$280.......how could I not get excited?
Wow this is super awesome. You sir have some serious talent. Coolest mod.
Thank you my Friend🙂🤝
我最注意的是後面收草袋😮
if you would have just added a bolt heat to the spinny part you can just use a drill
Why not use the cordless parkside drill on the nut to turn the crankshaft via a socket adapter ? Hmmmmm not so much fun ?
The motor badly needs a cover but other than that I like what you did.
Please make Something like this for chainsaw
Здравствуйте, сколько смотрю - хочу спросить...ЧЕМ ВЫ КЛЕЕТЕ(что за клей ? ) И ЧЕМ БРЫЗГАЕТЕ ??? Подскажите пожалуйста... Спасибо .
Hello This is a two-component adhesive "Mitre Apel"
Koop een Honda ,start altijd.
Good idea. But when you use the battery without safety electronics, you can destroy it if you drain it completely. There is an electronic device in the battery, but it does not protect against reverse polarity on the cells.
The batteries have protection circuits built in to stop full discharge.
Hi Congratulations. The idea and its implementation are sensational. Please don't take it as an intrusion, would it be a big request of you to upload the STL files of the parts you designed and 3D printed, or send them to my e-mail address? Thanks in advance. Regards, Paul😊
BADASS!!!🤩
It's a good idea if you could keep the same amount of power coming out of that setup. If not, it's not even worth it
What kind of glue do you use
İ want to make my 110cc ATV engine starter like this but with this reduction its to slow to turn the engine
That's exactly why I used a 20V battery. I think this DC motor is 12V
Why not just make it so that you can use an impact or drill to start it.
Solving problems that dont exist
Beauwdy mate! 🤠👍
That’s really nice, but I don’t have an engineering background
Bravó Mayster.
Ok, where is you redundancy to start the engine when the plastic gears stripes or the motor burns out
Back to the drawing board
what is that spray that you use? brakekcleaner?
It is a two-part adhesive with a spray hardener (Mitre Apel, Akfix 705 etc.)
Bạn làm hay lắm vứt đồ lung tung
👌
Einfach und genial! Glückwunsch zu dieser kleinen Bastellei!
Does the clutch have any sort of spring back that way it’s not spinning with the engine when it starts up?
10:54 Starter pawl springs.
@@markrainford1219yeah I figured that out when making my own😅, but the motor and gearbox I got doesn’t spin fast enough to start my 173cc engine
Okay all good.... but what about the little girl losing her scooter....Bro you cold😮
can you give us STL file for the adapter , please ?
Mega👍👍👍
Fascinating build. Total number of viewers who will attempt: 0
Искам на култиватора да си сложа такова
😁
👍
Just buy another pull cord ...
👍👍👍
You use that grease as if you own the company or shares Well now put a motor so u dont need to push that machine all over Better yet make it remote.
🥰
hmm fieldmann and lawnboy kinda look the same 😅
I dont think any of those tools were used as intended. What did your child say after you wrecked his car? It did sound quite good when it was finsihed.
The child has already grown up, the video with the child was about 5 years ago
@@ErCanEverything Yeah but i never like wrecking one thing to make another. Thats just me. Couldnt you get an electric motor from ebay etc?
Its called repurposing... seems youre just happen to buy more sh.t
Not only the rotting string the pressure washer we using at work is a diesel it gives a kick back some times and man shes a pain in the 🍑 when gives trouble to start i even injured my main nerve starting that piece of 💩 last year 🤦
Ok
Ну да у каждого есть 3D принтер и не нужная детская игрушка с моторчиком
Hybrid😅
you didnt speak a single word, seriously.
I bet your kid is still mad at you.
There's already push mowers out there that has starters on them but no one really wants to spend the money for them because you can buy bigger ones for the same amount
Or save all that work and buy an electric start mower! Also, I would be embarrassed pushing that about!
Wonderful 😊
Semplicemente bravissimo 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Ya know this is nice to have.. I just don't think it's that damn hard to start a push mower..How long do you think those plastic gears will last realistically?? That is the smallest push mower I have ever seen.. I bet that thing is light huh..
That is the flimsiest looking thing Ive seen for a long time, won't last five mins!
VERY cool idea! I agree with @garybensel6680, if you don't have the time to do this unique mod, the drill idea works well, too. I did it, and it makes a world of difference!
