When you record this video then there was 27 wetlands in India now in the end of the year 2020 we have 42 Ramsar Wetlands in India. Thank You
Did the wetlands increase? How does this work. Can you explain it please
@@Indian_Insider India gives names of swampy and littoral areas to be listed in Montreux record which is a record where all the Ramsar sites are noted, The main purpose to add these areas as Ramsar Sites is to conserve the amount of significance they have in order to prosper the biodiversity of a region coz many different vegetation comes together and resides in a wetland area including Amphibians, Reptiles, Mammales, Even bacterial growth occurs in these places coz of their moist nature! I hope you got your answer brother! Thank you!
@@nishantkapoor703 montreox record lists down such wetlands which have undergone significant chnage such as loss of biodiversity Whereas Ramsar sites are declared as wetlands of national importance.
Amit sir, Please make video on those sites.

I am a beginner in UPSC preparation, not taking any coaching. I rely heavily on youtube for concept clearing. Whenever your video comes in my search results, I feel relieved. I do make study vlogs to make my journey memorable, It's 3:19 am. I am studying and also recording for my vlog. My words are surely not enough to express my gratitude, but I want to thank you from me and all other students who r struggling this battle alone. Thank you. You remind me of a song.... The number of earthquakes increase indicates clearly a change in the location of the Capital. However Delhi could remain as an industrialised city. This will solve many problems. It's important to maintain the capital peaceful and serene with as less a number of people as possible, but with good road, communication and airport connectivity, located in central India like South Madhya Pradesh.
Good presentation even hours of book reading not enough for deep understanding of these topics thank you

Thanks Sir for giving us the perfect insight about the Vegetation Distribution across India. Only one doubt Sir- How come a forest is known as Temperate in the Tropical Montane Forest as geographical extent is subtropical only(upto 37.6N)
Subtropical region is s part of temperate zone only.

Sir , Regarding the tropical Thorn forest, it is said that rain fall will be less and being said that, it's tropical region and if we consider that , region receive more sunlight and should be more rain fall. What is Geographic phenomenon exist which makes less rain fall in the tropical Thorn forests?
There is more sunlight but for rainfall moisture is the key, if we look at thar desert, the winds coming to this have already lost majority of their moisture in the other inland regions
It was very needed video.. Thanks Amit, for this one 👍 ❤️
Thanx for such an awesome and lucid illustration....I was truly delighted Keep bringing more such videos I am loving it

Hi Amit, Excellent Presentation. Here's a constructive feedback: A little more emphasis on geographical details of specific vegetation types could have helped. For example, how to guess where birch trees can be found or teak tree.. Or pine.. Nonetheless, top notch.
