A young boy finds himself in a community of other boys with no memory of his past. He discovers they are all trapped in a labyrinthine mazë, and he must collaborate with the group to find a way out.

  • The first film was such a good mystery thriller, it's a shame the sequels didn't carry this theme as well, feeling more like escape rooms, but I'm still glad they at least got a satisfying ending, unlike the divergent franchise, which was really disappointing to see it cut short.

  • Even though people love the books more, I loved the realism approach they had in this trilogy and enjoyed it as a series of its own In the books there was a teleporting machine along with Thomas and Teresa having mind powers and I just couldn’t imagine that in a movie series like this
