Your trainingpall who has trouble with 'knowing where he is mid air'. I had this too back in the old days.. let m try not to go full- full but instead do 1,5 in- 0,5 out. this way he can focus earlier on landing it. I'm trying to decipher the lingo, here. Is "triff" a triple front? And does the Miller have three or four twists? Everything happens so fast that it's hard for me to process! Very impressive!
A “triff” is a triple with a half twist, and a “miller” is a double back with 3 full twists.
Triff is a triple front with a half turn Miler is a triple twisting double Miler + is a quadruple twisting double
