    • They use a lot of banana 🍌 peels for the phosphorous... Just.soakva a day or two in water and use the water 💦 You can then turn the peels into the soil base to infuse it...

    • Try small amounts or urine for fertilizer. Research if you don't believe me. It's free. K from banana peels is also great.

    • Plastic is not the best wayto grow foods. TOXINS. Perhaps a brown paper bag liner inside. Punch small drain holes in bottom end, gravel on top of holes and then brown paper bag liner. Use banana peel water to feed plants.

      @kathyhenry8892@kathyhenry8892Ай бұрын
    • If you want seeds it's easiest to buy them. Cabbage seeds germinate easily, making them a viable and economic option to grow from seed. Nonetheless buying young plants from the nursery speeds up your growing process, lets you skip the weeding in the early growth phase, and ensures you'll be planting healthy plants. If you want to harvest seeds from your cabbages, you have to leave the heads on (unharvested) until the second year and that will prompt the plant to grow out flower stalks. Those flowers will go to seed, which you can collect, and your plant will die. Again, growing for seed is not a very wise and economic choice, as it means you'll have to forego harvesting the heads. If you're a home gardener, just get your seeds from the nursery or home depot.

    • Cabbage is a biennial crop. In the first year it will grow a head, if allowed to continue growing, it will flower and go to seed in its second year before dying.
