Just want you to know these videos changed my life. Your very first video inspired me to quit drinking which I couldn't do before and meet with a liver specialist who revealed I have damage to my liver. He is helping me now and said if I waited even another month the damage could have been catastrophic. I'm 7 days sober now and following his diet and lifestyle plan thanks to your videos. My wife and kids thank you that I'll be around to provide and protect.

Thanks for your videos they help a lot what were your liver enzymes ast,alt bilirubin. When you got your diagnosis what other enzymes were effected.
Red palms and paper thin skin also . Can effect kidneys too. 😢 white cells and neutrophils real low .No fresh fruit n salads because of bacteria...no oysters also . Got to keep everything real clean and cook well done.

@@donnae9566 yes if white cells and neutrophils too low , you can't fight any kind of infection.

Not sure what you mean. They haven’t changed in the way they work for me or side effects.
