  • I really enjoy seeing these new chess talents. I remember watching Nodirbek win the World Rapid 2021, thinking to myself that he had endgame wisdom - A talent to watch.

  • Contrary to expectations, no fireworks, no drama, just a very simple and routine draw. No chance for either player.

  • Nodirbek is so good that he's gonna be a villain for Indian Chess

    • Agree. Chess is in hands of Indian players. One of the few problems for them will be Nodirbek. ❤

    • You are talking as if he is better than Gukesh or Pragg. I see a lot of fights, rivarly but for him to be a villain, he would have to be significantly better than Gukesh, which is not true.

    • why play OTB Can't this be done digitally? fide rules... You don't have to abolish everything or change what hundreds of years are tradition. Chess is increasingly commercialized. Now you already measure air and pulse ...

    • Look at the analysis bar on the right. If it's equal when it ends, it's a draw in most cases. If it's low on a colour, say white is less and black is longer, and the white player offers the handshake first, it means he reigned. Of course this is only a way to determine the result without looking at the position.
