So glad they closed it out in Philly. Crazy back and forth game but Knicks held the lead unlike last time.

Better team won. ALL the Knicks players like their life depends on it. Embiid is amazingly but lazy. Maxey’s an offensive beast but his defensive ain’t good.
Sure the Knicks blew a 22 point lead, but the Knicks had to be confronted by a team making 11 3pt’s in one quarter and the most godly defense I’ve seen in a quarter of play this season , got a 10 point lead and still beat them. If that doesn’t show you heart and will nothing will.

Joel Embiid once again on cue, in the post season, when it mattered most (4th quarter) dropped a measly 6 points and took 1 rebound. At home too!!! G1: 5pts, G2: 6pts, G4: 2pts, G5: 6pts. G4: 14pts (12FT with 8 intentional) Don’t get distracted by the injury clause. He scored 50 in G4 with no injury excuses. He consistently crashes in the 4th quarter in playoff deciders. @@bdoubleu6 He scores 90% of his points in first three quarters (as every post season) of these playoffs deciders. Crashes every post season decider with 5-6 points maximum in the 4TH QUARTER. This is Joel Embiid injured or not injured

The Knicks could have just packed it up and got ready for game 7 at home after that second quarter, but they instead gritted up, faced a mostly hostile crowd, and played rough and tough basketball. This is the type of basketball I love. Best series of the playoffs easily.
As rough as it was to watch them cough up game 5 it's honestly pretty apropos for this team to have to come back from getting gut punched to close out Philly. They've had to battle through adversity all season with the hits they had to their roster.
