Health officials are trying to trace one person in England who has been infected with a concerning variant of coronavirus first found in Brazil.
They are one of six cases of the P1 variant found in the UK in February.
The person is understood to have used a home testing kit but did not complete a registration form - prompting an appeal for anyone without a result from a test on 12 or 13 February to come forward.

That may be the case, it may just be the case for the clinically vulnerable (such as myself) and the elderly. Many of us already have to get an influenza vaccine every year and those are tweaked a bit every year to protect from mutating strains.

Well, that's exactly the reason this virus spread so quickly and so far in the first place. And it's why contact tracing and testing at this early stage is so important. It's not suspicious, it's a contagious virus that is going to continue to spread and evolve. Just like other viruses do.

He went into hospital and 3 days later he sadly passed away. My friend John went to get the death certificate off the coroner and it does not mention his fathers heart condition on it at all.
