  • In this video, Jessi doesn't even show up until the very last bars. That's her in the long blue coat. The rest of the MV you see the contestants from "Street Woman Fighter." SWF is a reality dance contest show in Korea. Every season the top street dance crews compete to be crowned best crew in South Korea. Jessi , Young-ji, and Bibi are the best female rappers in South Korea right now. You should check out more from all three! of them! Personally I really love Young-ji. But Jessi is the QUEEN.

  • "Cold Blooded Ho" is a play on her name. Her English name is Jessica Ho -which makes the word-play that much better.

  • you should definitely check out her Killing Voice performance for DINGO. It'll give you a good rundown of her bigger hits. In addition to rapping she's predominately a singer and the girl can SANG SANG. I think you'd also REALLY like her verse on PSY's GANJI. Probably one of my favorite features of all time.

  • Jessi is incredible! after you see more of her like "Drip", and "Put it on ya" (which doesn't have a video but the song is fire) you should also venture in CL. I think you would like her song "lifted" and then you should check out her song "Spicy", "lover like me" is fire too!

  • Y’all should check out a guy named BeWhy and his song Challan or Gottasadae. I feel like you two would really enjoy his vibe. Another good one is Zico (New Thing, Bermuda Triangle) Also if you enjoy RnB vibes look into Dean (Pour Up, I’m not Sorry, Bonnie and Clyde).

  • I recommend Lay - Lit to watch too. The MV will blow your mind. It's one of the most expensive music videos there are. Lay is a Chinese artist.

  • Nice! Coldblooded is prolly one of her more underrated songs imo. I say this because she goes hard mostly on her features, compared to her own songs. Also Coldblooded Ho is a play on her last name which is actually HO lol. And this song was actually dedicated to all the backup dancers from Street Woman Fighter (a reality dance show). Some of her hardest verses are probably from her features. You guys should check out Gyopo rap, Run it, Ganji, Drippin', Michinom (Crazy guy) . Dingo Killing Verse is a great introduction to her discogaphy too.

  • She's an amazing rapper but a lot of people forget that she debuted as a singer at age 16/17 and her singing voice slaps just as hard. You should check out 'Numb', 'Star', 'Down' and probably my all time favorite song of hers, 'Ssenunni'. 😊 Also check out her collabs.

The clip is taken from Jessi's time on the female rap battle competition show called Unpretty Rapstar, which she won 2nd place in. There was a lot of drama and beefing on the show...a lot of it started by Jessi, the sh*t stirrer lol. She said the show was entertaining thanks to her 😆. There's a clip of her recapping her time in the show on the Dive Studio channel hosted by Eric Nam, if you're interested.
