I don't know if I would say a lot of effort was put into this one. I mean, I agree. I enjoyed it much more than Crazy Taxi and I agree, it is funnier. But there's no denying that the game is Crazy Taxi, with a Simpsons paint job. It works to the game's benefit, but not much effort was put into actually making a game from scratch. The base was pretty much stolen.

And had holiday specific alternative stuff(costumes, enemies in costumes, menus,etc.).I wonder if Battle for Bikini Bottom: Re-Hydrated will still have those holiday specific flame colors with those particular robots.

They forgot the other holidays. Here's what they could have done Valentine's Day: Barney as Cupid and have the Plow King pink with red hearts, Cupid's arrow on the hood and Happy Valentine's Day in red on the side of the bed St. Patrick's Day: Chief Wiggum as a leprechaun and make the Cop Car green and white with four leaf clovers on the doors, a pot of gold on the hood, his siren lights green and white and says Happy St. Patrick's Day in gold on the doors April Fools Day: Lisa as a jester and make the Elec-Taurus look like it's pranked with post-it notes and eggs all over it and says April Fools! in green spray paint on the doors Easter: Reverend Lovejoy as The Easter Bunny and make the Book Burning Mobile white with Easter eggs and say Happy Easter with different colored letters on the side and an Easter basket on the hood 4th of July: Homer as Uncle Sam and make the Family Sedan have red and white stripes on the sides and the hood is blue with stars and say Happy 4th of July in blue on the doors Veterans Day: Grandpa as a soldier and make the Shriner's Cart look camo with Happy Veterans' Day in white on the side and an eagle on the hood

Labor Day, Memorial Day, Teacher's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Grandparent's Day, Kwanzaa, Hannukah, All Saint's Day, Cinco de Mayo can also be used for specific type of vehicles/drivers.

I saw some technical goofs with a couple of intro animations in the GameCube version. Krusty's car textures are messed up and Moe's right ear is stretched.
