He likely means that it's his job to restore balance for the animal and human populations, and so, they cannot respawn. I wonder what secrets Ey can find of player13's job in both the fictional and real worlds.

One time I was playing minecraft I was playing with someone. But then I was alone chopping down trees. And then. I suddenly felt like I was being watched. I then brought my pets, but then my wolf growled. If you didn’t know if something makes the dog mad. Or if something is near the wolf. It growls. I checked. And nothing was in there. Keep in mind I was in a spruce forest. So I couldn’t see anything, but feel like I was being stalked by something in the distance. If you want more information I’ll maybe put more.
Eystreem, try porting the worlds to the latest version, then load the world, then open the world to lan, then go into creative mode and get a command block, then make it so it kills him repeatedly with /kill easy fix
