Get some fresh blood in. Not new fading stars. Get someone that will work their socks off for the club, get a core going that work hard (and run fast). Look abroad, not at overpriced primadonnas. Scout eastern Europe, Italy and maybe even USA for prospects. Don't pay full price for players nearing their 30's, pay full price for super players in their 21-25's. Look at Ajax. That's how you do prospects and transfers. There's no real leaders in United, just get rid of most of the old boys. Rashford, Lindgard, Shaw, Pogba, Mata, DeGea and Smalling needs to stay. There's no point swapping out them for anyone else. As for the rest... There should be more or less (depending on who) an easy time picking replacements, if the scouts have done their job. Plenty of great players in their 20's. As for below 20's you have United's own youngsters. Get top 3 then worry about young superstars.
