FNaF Ultimate Custom Night - Negative Night (All Animatronics with AI at -1 and -2 where Possible)

-480 points, lol. Not the typical occurrence or human likelihood, but here, I use a Logitech mouse to get all the animatronics below 0 AI. Interestingly, this throws the game for a major loop in a lot of instances. All the plush animatronics are broken at AI less-than-zero (they're moving around, but you can't purchase the plush to get rid of them), and Jack-O-Chica is pretty hilarious, too (close both doors? lower than 100 degrees? She doesn't care!).

  • How to do this: (1) Make/Use a mouse macro to click fast [Logitech mice can use Logitech G Software] -- I made mine w/ 1 millisecond delay between continuous clicks (2) Set the AI value for a character to 1 (it won't work if the character is set to 0/off). (3) Go to the side of the character, then kinda glide across while using that clicking macro, if done just right, it'll click before it checks if it's greater than 0 and set the AI down to -1 or -2, depending on how many clicks register before it says 'oh you can't click down anymore' (likely ClickTeam latency)

    • also using cheat engine, two memory addresses write to the difficulty value to add and subtract, and a third to set it back down to twenty. just none for zero. also deleting that twenty limit just soft locks the game on go.

    • the reason why jacko jicka is doing this is because jacko jika doesnt care about doors so if you put her A.I. level at -2 she glitches and thats because she doesnt know what to do if she can go through doors if her AI lvl is - then causes her to glitch

    • Yeah, good catch, that's definitely another logical oddity. Likely the statue shows up if AI != 0, but Bonnie only actually has an image in Pirate/Pirate's Cove if AI > 0.

  • So interesting. The game has no idea what to do. You can't see them on camera but they still are active. You can't buy the plushies. The mechanics aren't working normal. I find it weird that the games score also goes to the negatives. Next update Scott adds: 50/-20 mode with more lore. Lol.

  • Just a note on DD She can already increase levels of animatronics that are already in the night I think what she does is instead of checking if an animatronic's level is 0 she checks if any animatronic is at a level under 20, and then raises a random one.

  • If y'all really want to know what happens, when you set the difficulty to -1, it just looks like it's -1, but it's actually not. The value actually underflowed all the way up to 4,294,967,295. So, you're actually playing 50/4,294,967,295 mode instead of 50/-1 mode.

    • Same way you do everything with cheat engine. I assume that it must be: 1. Integrate cheat engine (have both game and engine running, choose the appropriate .exe that fnaf runs on) 2. Select a character to fiddle with. 3. Set it to any number. 4. Check cheat engine addresses for that exact number. 5. If you can't find it, go back to game, change the value of AI, then check for that new number in cheat engine. Repeat until you find the correct address. The way this works, is that one of addresses that corresponds to chosen character's AI level, should share same value as AI level. As you are changing AI level, address value also changes, and by that you can "hunt down" the correct address. 6. Once you found the right address, change its value to anything you want. Inputed number should appear in game as well.

  • Interesting that the UI even allowed the value to go below 0. It must be changing the value on a different thread to the UI thread (perhaps some kind of "game engine thread"). That's the only reason I could think it would allow the negatives

  • I think that setting it to -1 auto sets the characters to a random number value between 1-20 with the only one (aside from whatever we didn’t see in the gameplay) being constant as jack o chica being 18-20

    • That really depends on wether the game senses Golden Freddy. I'm sure that it will only work if Golden Freddy AI = 1. Since it is at -1, it probably will not happen.

    • theewizardplayz It would actually not underflow, as he couldn't have gotten to negative 1 if it was. The underflow bound is in the low, deep negatives, it's opposite being a really large number.

    • Aminah Saleem If it underflowed there would some proof, none of the characters would move, because the game couldn't handle, or it would crash, because of the large number. Clickteam Fusion is 64bit in the positive and negative numbers, so to underflow, the value would be negative 2**64 (also known as negative 2^64).

    • If you want better look at this photo I suggest going to Dawko's channel and looking at the thumbnail of the live stream (It's the same photo you see here,) from there you can determine who you think it is.   • Is there a reason you (or whoever discovered this) thought to make a macro to click the down button faster than humanly possible? Interesting to see the little issues that game devs don’t consider lol. Granted it isn’t humanly possible without the aid of macros so theoretically the issue shouldn’t arise in the first place.

    • Yukicraft it may be possible with human input; unless im mistaken it seems that after the arrow is clicked the game uses the next frame to check for a value of 0, and the frame after that to disable the arrow; which would mean there's a 1-frame window in which the game can have the value lowered below 0; and while difficult, human input has taken advantage of frame perfect inputs before (especially at 30 or 60 fps, which you can cap the game at if it isn't naturally capped there).

  • i think the vent animatronics move even on negative is because of how they were coded maybe Scott coded it so that the animatronics will only be active if there !=0

  • any idea how this works? all i can think of is that it checks to see if 0 before loading them but how is there even a negative value in the assets? and wouldn't it just make a rounding call and put it at one or 20? (or just break the game at 999 but it won't load) Second off if they're active why would plushies, foxy stage and computer not work? how come only two vent animatronics actually were active out of all? and i can understand how jack-o is broken due to it thinking that all heat and door based anims aren't moving so it ignores the doors

  • I think the reason cams 6 and 8 were acting up is because they are the only camera backgrounds that change (freddy’s game and foxy’s showtime change)

  • I got it to 21 on phone guy! What you have to do, is hold down the mouse button, so that it will automatically increase at set intervals, then at the same time as it increases from 19 to 20, increase it yourself.
