Am I the only one that noticed he didn’t put nothing on the bottom of the trailer to protect the foam from getting wet
I thought it was just me. 😂😂I assumed He 4got to edit that into the video. Lol
Or falling out.
I think they built the house just to prove it can be done. I noticed that there is no egress window in the loft. Also, since none of the windows open, the house is going to trap moisture. However, it is a beautiful looking home. And it's amazing what they could do for so little money.
@@annesmith5192 Yes, i totally agree, that they did it just to show it can be done. Its a beautiful cozy home, and to actually build upon their ideal, and still be budget friendly, i would salvage windows, that open and close, as well as sliding. I can expand further on improvements, But it's turn into a whole construction plan, lol. All in all they did a awesome job.
@@estevens4654Exactly.
Be thankful that you have each other. It's nice to see two brothers working on something together. God Bless you and yours. Stay safe.
Chay, I think this is your best project yet. It’s been incredible to see the journey you’ve made in your videos, as well as the ideas you and your brother decide to tackle. I’m really excited to see how this one turns out. If you ever decide to park this (or other) builds at a local RV park, you could start an AirBNB to let your fans stay in your builds - and I think that would be a hit, as well as easy money-maker for you guys. Keep it up!
thank you so much! that really means alot. Its funny, a couple years ago i knew nothing about building, yet here we are building a house lol! thats also a really good idea!
Please make ur vids longer
@@ChayDennehi ❤
@@ChayDennehey Chay love your vids and please make another one for your brother since you have one
What is the name of your company?? Your attention to details are crazy and I love it. Best builds I’ve seen (online lol)
Don't forget to contact all the states you may pull it through for the oversized load permits. If you are 96" wide at the base, you are certainly overwidth with the roof overhang. And yes, D.O.T. officers will notice. The fines for running oversized without permits is crazy.
Great point! I was totally thinking the same. In MA the cost of a DOT oversize load permit can vary depending on the specific type of permit and the weight and dimensions of your load. Approximate costs: Annual permit: $250 Temporary trip permit: $15 to $20 (valid for 72 hours) IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) single trip permit: $20 (valid for 72 hours) Keep in mind that these costs are approximate and may change based on your specific situation. Additionally, there may be additional fees for overweight loads or loads that exceed certain dimensions. It's always best to check with the YOUR specific Registry of Motor Vehicles or a permit service provider for the most accurate and up-to-date information. Hope this was helpful for anyone curious!
I have a feeling none of this build follows any kind of code or regulation. The violations would probably cost more than the entire build.
@@B.D.F. No violation. As long as you pull the proper permits to tow, you’ll/they’ll be fine. Otherwise, yes, a fine will be imposed. The parameters are simple enough though: max width is 8’ 6”, max height is 13’ (pavement to roof peak). Any taller and wider will need a permit to tow.
@@dempseydoodlesdepends on the state, Washington allows 13.5 feet tall, I've heard ar least one state somewhere allows 14 feet
Ok. .
Looks really good, but man, having single pane windows is going to be brutal on the overall efficiency of the house. In cold weather it’ll get super cold, and it’ll roast in the summer.
I came to ask about this.
The money he saved from the windows will be able to cover the expenses.
Yeah, I thought about mentioning that but this video was obviously about showing people how to pull of a better quality of life over renting and doing it in relative comfort on a budget. I would guess that it's slated for upgrade or already been done.
Noice
You didn’t treat the rust? Nor seal the foam in from the bottom too?? Over time the rust will eat through and the foam will fall right out. Other than that, incredible build. You continue to learn more and more and it is always improving
Brother there using it for a KZhead vid not actual use
@@unsurecj The video left a lot of questions unanswered, but your answer perfectly explained everything.
@@unsurecjthat’s 6000 down the drain
@@unsurecj tbh kinda sad they dont make them acutally in good quality and its just all for looks, It would be nice if he did because then after hes done with them he can ether sell them for a good price or just give it away to someone who would acutally use it.
@@unsurecj Oh my god i just searched up how living in one of these actually works but here in Texas its outright Illegal to live on a tiny house on wheels period, WHICH IS BULLSHIT! Like fucking why not, designate areas where These homes can park and make it legal! Its such cheap infrastructure to make such a place too and it can serve as a way to avoid crazy ass rent prices! Id would even decrease homelessness by so much. I hate how this country claims its home of the "free"....
this look marvelous, but I think the window will be its biggest flaw: with this kind of window, the only way to let air in is through the door, which mean that the door will have to be kept open for any significant airflow.
They're crafty af, but you can definitely tell they sure as Hell aren't designers.
Chay you should add some protection under the trailer to preventing foam get wet and alaso use redwood or pine tree because that type of wood is light yet strong than plywood
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! Thanks, Guys, for sharing this incredible journey into master craftsmanship! BRAVO! LOVE THE BLUE!!!
This is freaking awesome chay! Keep it up glad to see that you’re posting again! Is any merch coming soon?
thank you bro!! and yes everytime a video doesnt do well, we pause and try to learn what we did wrong
This is amazing, I love how these videos gets straight to work and does the work fast and doesn’t have a long entro
This video warms my heart for the deepest personal reasons. I had this exact plan with my brother to build us a tiny house and travel. He sadly passed before we could even get started 4 years ago and seeing this just was absolutely lovely to see. It looks AMAZING! Can't wait to see the finished product!
This was incredible! I've been watching for years and it's so cool to see how much you and your brother have leveled up each video. This video was so well done from the production to the build itself. I'm dying to see the interior!
thank you so so much for your support throughout the years! there have been alot of highs and lows! super excited todo the inside too. (super happy u liked the video!)
Talented ass men!!!
This is absolutely gorgeous I’ve been wanting one for almost 10 years now My daughter just turned 18. I think with the help of your videos I maybe able to accomplish this myself Thank you so much for sharing 🥰
This is definitely you guys best project! And the price so far is incredible!! Can' wait to see how you finish the inside!
We need a second part to this video. I bet inside will look good when your done with it. Tiny home are so very cool.
That tiny house from the outside looks amazing🔥 I can't wait for the next video and see what you guys do to the inside. I would consider you guys certified builders😤
WOAH ONE MINUTE
i cant wait intil part 2
Likewise!@@OverTheHorizon840
What stops the foam falling out the bottom?
It’s been a month
Noice
the way you connect with us viewers is just amazing!
First window that breaks you are going to have to rip the entire siding apart 🤷♀️😊 zero ventilation not being able to open a window. I would have purchased recycled windows. (besides not sealing the underside of the foam from the elements….
I would like to use my time by appreciating your efforts. You guys are AWESOME. Keep the great idea's runni'n and hats off to your dedication towards these crazy stuff. Love you❤💕
im so grateful to have your support, thank you so much ❤❤
This is amazing and you both are extremely talented! Cannot wait for the inside to be done.
Hey man, I just wanted to say that you have amazing videos, and I love how you change crappy old things into beautiful creations. Keep up the great work!
Great looking build, but those single pane windows are going to be incredibly inefficient for retaining heat/cool air. Even in the south I would still use double pane.
Your content is so amazing keep it up!
Love the building vids! Seeing your knowledge and skill progress overtime is also sick!! 🔥🔥
I’m glad u finally found a better way to incorporate blue into ur build, it looks good 👍
I would love to see yall do an interior build on a tuff shed or something similar!
Instalation from floor is gonna fall out
Amazing! I love watching construction! Kudos to your dad for helping out! It looks great!
I'm always in such awe with your builds!
that`s an awesome tiny house. a nice video too, keep up the good work!! 💪💪
Good deal! Keep up the good work man!❤😂
So excited for the interior man !
Absolutely amazing and perfect ,great job, well done guys 😍👏🏼
So for the insulation in the flooring, what's preventing it from falling out underneath the trailer? (Edit) Even little like band iron straps across screwed into the steel would be good. But just relying on a tight fit isn’t ideal especially if being driven on the highway. Love your videos and what you do. I’m not trying to sound critical, I’m just curious if you did anything else to secure them.
Also the windows are permanent, there is no way you can open the window for good airflow.
we probably should, that wouldnt be good if they fell out.. strapping wouldnt take hardly anytime at all, good idea!
Was also thinking of critters gnawing on that insulation - taking pieces of it with them to line their nests/dens.
i was also wondering about using a nailgun on a structure who's purpose is to move on roads? possibly fairly often??
@@karmaoutlaw yes! I am a rabbit and a squirrel owner and that's the first thing I thought.
Last time he did the bus he painted the roof black and it was a bad idea that needed to be changed because it got to hott, so he’s going to need to do the same thing. That’s proof he doesn’t really use these for long after he builds them.
Well duh why would he live in a. Small tiny home. Hes rich and can live in a house
@@RBEditz.1 no one said anything about living in them, but most people who build a beautiful rv, or bus conversion etc etc they usually would ya know…..actually use it and go out a couple times a year camping, or drive it across state lines for a couple weeks/months to get away. Esp if you’re putting all these bathroom kitchen and bedrooms inside to make it have everything you need.
Thank you for all the hard work you put into your videos! I love watching them all!
I can picture a 'tiny home village' full of these. Gr8 job so far . . . excited to see the interior build.
These videos are awesome to watch! You guys are doing such a great job!
Amazing content as always!
this is so cool great job cant wait for next part
Astonished job! Looking forward to the next video!
"Wear a dust mask!" says every mother watching your video
Is that glass safe for driving. Won't shatter ?
Can't wait for your next video! Amazing job on this one!
Great editing and camera work! Love these videos!
taco bell drive thru
e
It does look like a Taco Bell drive thru
Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighborhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighborhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
Alright tbh President Chay makes the most Best Builds EVER in My Opinion so President Chay I Love your Contents so Keep it ongoign and as Always God Bless❤❤🙏🙏💯💯
wow beautiful you both are so talented with a super talented dad which is a blessing
So … none of the windows will be able to open ? It’s nice looking, thanks for sharing.
“Man these build videos did really well.” “Let’s just keep remaking the same thing just slightly different.” “Brilliant!”
I miss when he did challenges and stuff. It seems like the last four videos have something to do with trailers.
i mean kinda, plus I don't like torturing myself
@@ChayDenne the builds are sick, but I wish you’d like…..show yourself actually using them. Like film a vlog of you building one and then actually using it for a week and show the camping experience. Or like something other than building tiny homes if you’re not going to actually use them. 🤷🏻♂️ idk just my opinion.
@@Combat_Medici actually really enjoy these videos of trailers. Its something that interests me. I have thought about doing the same thing.
I mean Chinese water torture was something else and definitely not worth it for only 700k views@@Combat_Medic
Can’t wait for you to d the interior! Keep up the good work.
The builds keep getting more and more impressive
"SHOUTOUT TO OUR DAD FOR PAYING DOR THE ALUMINUM" I LOVE U POPS❤
"Painting" it, not paying
I always wanted to trade crypto for a long time but the volatility in the price has been very confusing to me although I have watched many KZhead videos about it but still find it difficult to understand.
Trading is easy, but trading the right coin without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard.
My advice, never do shorts or longs on stocks or #crypto most people went bankrupt better buying in parts monthly
I've been in touch with a financial advisor ever since I got into the market. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending Crypto, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over overboard and been making about $1 500 bi-weekly, What I'm trying to say is the 5% of traders in the world that are consistently profitable are very reserved, they are just random/lowkey people no one even expects. My account manager chooses entry and exit orders

You guys are perfection personified😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤ brilliant job. Every great minute and happy travels to you🎉🎉
You boys are just exciting young folks. I have now came across your builds on multiple occasions (very entertaining). Must say, enjoyed all of them (neighborhood of 4 or so). Your parents must be so proud. you're energetic, adventurous, innovative and educated. I absolutely wish you the best at whatever you do. Sure wish my boys would say. "hey mom can I build..."(a mum can wish) lol, I'd get behind even a half-baked idea!
Under 1 hour gang 👇
Are those windows waterproof?😅
It's amazing, the small house is very beautiful and modern, the self-built price is unbelievable, it's so cheap and the quality is great. Thank you for sharing.
I love your DIY projects, dude! President Chay 2024!!
I think you found your niche Mr president!! Keep on make this crazy houses! 🎉
Great work, you guyz make it look so simply. it looks lovely
Amazing work guys! Your Dad must be so proud of his boys.
Gorgeous! Well done gentlemen 😍👏
Looking awesome! My only concerns are that the base beneath the plywood and those big glass windows don't look like they'd be sturdy enough to withstand much wear and tear from the road - That said, I'm no expert on that sorta stuff so just speculating. Can't wait to see what y'all do with the interior!
Bro you make my day even better ❤️
THIS IS CONTENT, waiting for part 2!
Excellent call on the exterior lights!❤
Wow! Love your work, you guys are so creative!
Love it, so cool to . Can't wait to see the inside
You are a super team! Inspiring! Great job boys!
building a tiny home is so cool. when I got older I want to build a tiny home like this. I am a big fan.
I said “wow” without trying when I saw it done, this house is beautiful ❤
Would love to see the interior... can't wait !!! 😍
Can’t wait for part 2!!!
Enjoyed every single second of this video! That’s an awesome idea!
First video, love the build it's amazing, new subscriber ❤
congrats on 700k!!!
Love the family effort. ❤
Has the insulation in the floor fallen through yet?
How are you not banned from your profile pic
Funny though
Was wondering the same thing!

You two did a Awesome job
Your videos are so inspiring I watched you for years and I hope someday I can build me something like this too❤
Awesome work brothers! All the way from New Zealand 🇳🇿👈😎👍✨
*MOST UNDERRATED CHANNEL ❤🙌🏻*
Great build looking forward to the inside build.
Looks Beautiful and Dad's paint was a nice touch.
I like how your brother is with you and share the same interests, comparing to me I don't have siblings and my friends are not into DIYing stuff :(
This video was so good. I had to watch it twice 😊
I looked away one second, and when i look back it is a masterpiece
that outdoor lighting looks really great
a video on how the entire electric works and how you installed panels, wires that would be wonderful to watch.
Great build you guys! I can't wait to for part two. Also how many people are you planning on to be able to comfortably stay in the tiny home?
Bro you guys are great brothers
Great job guys, looks like it was a fun build.
Bondo is pretty smart to fill nail holes. The cans in the soffit are also a really nice touch
can't for part 2 keep up the great work
I just subbed, keep up the good work! Keep posting videos like these!
