Agar first floor le bhi loge baar baar aapko lagega yaar ye to abhishek ko milna chahiye as he designed it accordingly. Or Abhishek ki baaton se saaf lag raha hai ki usko kon sa room milne mai jyada khushi hogi. And your video main USP is you, chahe room koi sa bhi ho, agar aap bathroom mai baith kar bhi banaoge wo bhi viral jaiga. Or bhai jo second floor mai bedsheet daali hai badal do bilkul bhi nahi ja rahe hai room ke sath.

Personally, I Liked the 1st floor if he takes 2nd floor then most of the time people will come to his room to enjoy the balcony view and to get sunbath. And it will affect his privacy and for him to be more compatible to the small room . He can just put many things in his room to make it more compact that in which he can adapt But now he has choosed 2nd floor, There is not much to say really.

Personally, I Liked the 1st floor if he takes 2nd floor then most of the time people will come to his room to enjoy the balcony view and to get sunbath. And it will affect his privacy and for him to be more compatible to the small room . He can just put many things in his room to make it more compact that in which he can adapt But now he has choosed 2nd floor, There is not much to say really.
