Nice review dude, I'm a total Spigen fanboy having always had Samsung Galaxy's. Just about to get the S22U and it's gonna be the neo for me for everyday use with maybe a Poetic Spartan for extra protection for heavy outdoor use.

I had the tough armor in my note 10+ for 3 yrs, and that kick stand has always been that loose but has never come apart. Phone has been dropped several times hard and did what its supposed to. Solid case, protects your phone.

Great video. Definitely leaning towards the Slim Armor. My concern is how it would fit on a wireless charger tilted stand. I imagine the card slot on the back would make it fall out?

Got the liquid air on the S22 ultra simple nice looking rubber case, in terms of drop resistance I have my doubts though deffo need to pick up something with a bit more drop protection maybe something from mouse ? UAG is another option but I'm not really feeling the futuristic design they offer

Great vid showing the real world differences! I would like to see a little more focus on explaining the "lip height" between the cases. I would prefer a case with a 1mm lip on the top/bottom to prevent scratches from grit on tabletops or dropped face down.
Nice video! I will have to invest in a different Spigen case. I got the kickstand one for mine. The kickstand I feel is cheaply made. Granted the case is nice. Now I have some other options to look at. Thanks for the video.

I've been rocking Spigen Tough Armour cases for years now and they are excellent. Absolutely zero problems with the kick stand when the phone is in the case. It's no designed to hold the phone vertical, but in horizontal mode. The fact that it's off centre gives you two viewing angles, one more upright, one more relaxed. Just flip the phone around 180 degrees to get the perfect viewing angle. When I'm in the kitchen the laid back is perfect for on the counter, when I'm washing up and the phone is on the window, the more upright one works best. The kickstand is an absolute game changer for viewing content and could never go back to either a caseless phone or a case without an off centre stand.

I know I'm soooo late (better late than never though lol), but this was just the perfect review I was looking for. I just got my Galaxy S22 Ultra 3 days ago and just now, I got Spigen Tough Armor case in the mail. The kickstand is one of the reasons I love this case. I also love the smooth feel of it while it maintains its tough exterior.
May I ask an update on how it holds up? I know it's only been 2 weeks but I am shopping for a case too lol
@@rayne3515 Hi Rayne. My apologies for this super-late response, but better late than never lol. Yes, I've had this case for 2 weeks and it's holding up really well. Although I've never dropped by phone at all, I still prefer to have a case to protect it.

Which of these is the least slippery? I like the feel of a silicone case but I can't seem to find one with that nice grip. I bought the Otterbox Defender pro and it has the grip I like but it's too big and bulky looking.

I've came close to getting the Neo Hybrid a few times but never have. I like the look & style of it BUT it looks like it'll be a bit slippery in hand
It's not slippery and fits like a glove best looking budget case in my collection

@@gcforreal yes it is more slippery than Liquid Air and the plastic parts tends to stand out, i have returned it after a few days
@@Voltar78 lowkey it feels a lot more comfy without the plastic part installed lol. I have it on my note 9 and the plastic broke one day and it actually became more comfy to use lol. For grip it is nice and grippy though.

Test the drop on the sides. I have a tough armour on a note 10+ dropped on its side and boom chipped glass and shattered back. Gutted.

Are we not going to talk about the scrapey lip at the back towards the bottom of the Neo Hybird? Right where the grip texture starts, during one handed use it scrapes against your fingers and is extremely uncomfortable. After 2 days I'm already looking at other options. Looking at your vid, it looks like the Liquid Air also has this issue!
Hey, is the slim armor cs slippery? Worried about dropping my phone all the time.
I have the thin fit and neo hydrid on standby while i wait for my phone. I like the neo hybrid because of the thicker edges but the thin fit oddly enough is grippier. I'm not sure which one I'm going to keep.
Yeah the thin fit is really good this year for the S22 line.
Can you compare the Thin fit with the OEM leather case? Which one has more lip on the camera?
You are missing the Liquid Crystal, it's a good mix of the Liquid Air and Ultra Hybrid, I normally use that on my phones for the last few years and have one for my S22U but the Cryo is winning at the moment. It feels very nice and has a good level of protection but not too thick, sent back the Armour, Liquid Air and Ultra Hybrid.
Is it too flimsy around the edges like he was demonstrating? I am seriously looking at it in helps of cooling but this is giving me second thoughts if it's that easy to peel around the edges.
@@ColonelFusion no, My Cryo is a lot tighter. No issues here. I didn't like Liquid Air as it was looser.

I’ve read that the magnetic part of the kickstand interferes with the S Pen when writing/drawing on the screen. Have you run into any of that?
S-pen works just fine no issues at all. I've heard that a few times but have never experienced it.

I use the tough artmor for a while now fo all my phones. but now with my new s22ultra it's wonderful. but I use a pop socket so I dont need the chep kick stand

Man was so hyped for the clear case buy it doesn't seem different than the Samsung clear case. What other case companies have a good clear protection case?
You might have to pay a little more and check out Speck, Mous and brands like that. I'll try to get them in for review but yeah it's just like the clear Samsung.

I think they all work fine but I think it’s the way you put the case on. I don’t think you can put much pressure on the protector to install the case. Just my assumption though.

Not really but you have to be careful how you put the cases on and take them off because it could mess with the corner a little.

Does the Clear Case turn yellow eventually? I'm confused sometimes, Spigen says their new Clear cases has Anti Yellowing coating. I don't know if it's legit or just a marketing strategy. Please enlighten me.
