Yeah exactly the Anti Jay, she's starting to annoy me the way she says stuff about the cars with confidence even though she's completely wrong
I dont follow. Why anti Jay Leno?
Comanche club Jay Leno has a massive collection, but he employs people to take care of them, keep them running at all times. Not just shoved away in a garage in a shitty state. I would bet more than half of these don’t run.
Yeah but Richard Rawlings, and Danny Coker would have a field day in there 😆😆😆
Chandler Solomon he set aside a ton of money to keep his collection intact and cared for!
Such a shame all these cars haven't been enjoyed for so long :(
I'm glad people like this exist though. we're not gonna have classic cars forever so people who keep them in good original condition even if its a little dusty are kinda doing a service to the car community by keeping them around. yes they haven't been enjoyed but they're being sold now and some of them would have definitely been totaled if he didn't have them stored.
I mean i wouldn't be able to do that but I'm glad some people do.
A round of applause to this collector for sharing his dream with us. This collection is like something out of "National Treasure".LOL Haven't seen something like this since around the year 2000 when i bought a 1981 BMW 733I from the Owner of Hunting Ridge Motors in Westchester, NY. You would be correct. In the earlier video they talked about a gt40 sitting in his garage, and said there were more of them. Not to sound like a nut, but perhaps a bunch of dudes with dirty money all bought similar cars, driving up the value over years. And now some of them are cashing in.

A lot of the 'lifts' you see here are actually just car holders with no mechanism. The vehicles would have to be lifted up using a mechanism of some sort and then locked in place using pins. My point is that these cars were put in here with very little intention of coming out any time soon. Hundreds of millions of dollars just sitting gathering dust for decades. Such a waste.

@@jgott1745 I think it's a little more in depth than that, the gentleman started when he was 18 in the 70s. That's 50 YEARS of stories & collecting and if you listened, she said that he bought alot of those cars to DRIVE, RACE, and HAVE FUN in them. So they obviously did not rot, because they are all in impeccable condition and have been maintained. Listen & learn before you make an uneducated, prickish remark. 👌👍
Matt Smith well sir, I listened plenty. Those cars are not all in impeccable condition. They’re sitting in dry, climate controlled buildings yes. But they haven’t been ran on a regular basis, so they’ll all need a decent amount of work. They all need washed, and to have paint correction work done. ''That's what its about, the Passion.'' - What passion? Chugged the cars in a warehouse not to be seen or driven for tens of years...
Obsession. Obsession of a hoarder.
Absolutely, it's hard to see any passion here at all
Theyre all for sale, so anybody could buy one, restore it and let the streets see their beauty again right? Its a passion just not theirs i guess
I wonder how his $ was made. A lot of 80s vehicles. A lot of Cocaine sold!
It's an insane collection. Maybe his passion is not driving them. I dunno.... super rich people get weird and call it passion.
For God sakes someone find the damn light switch 😂
maybe he didn't pay the light bill
He could not pay the electric bill after buying all of these cars. 😕
Hi im new to your channel and i love all your videos esp the detailing and makeover videos. Great content and this video was unbelievable. Great collection. Hopefully you can do some more videos on this place and its truly incredible collection of cars and trucks.
Craziest collection ever as a car lover I’d keep this hidden too if I owned them I hope they all find good homes
Poor guy. He must have dementia and bought a new car each time he “lost” it in his huge garage😂
That’d explain it! Lol
He had car-owner virus...
A 1:1 hotwheels/Matchbox car collection
On one hand this collector is a big car guy. But seeing all these cars like this is strange. Why did he decide to leave them like this without covers etc? And why is the storage unit so dusty with no electricity?
Exactly, i think a true car guy would not leave cars sitting like that for years.
Absolutely! I'm not really understanding those car collectors. I personally would be completely satisfied with a Porsche 911 930, 964 or 993. Or a Golf MK1 GTI 🤩🤩
Why nooo power on ?
If you leave covers on dust gets under them and it is worst long term than no cover
investment
What a fabulous video Larry....great job....definitely whets the appetite to work harder and hopefully one day afford one of these gems if they ever get sold. I would love to find out when 40 truck you showed is going to sale....to buy for my pops.
I can’t even form a sentence that describes how awesome that place is!
Ive never felt more poor when watching a video about cars then I do now.
Shifting Steve-o I know right
Better have 2 cars you can drive and enjoy than have way too much cars that are collecting dust
And in this other building, is all the missing toilet paper.
Haha hoarding is wrong!
Only used one roll one time 7 million rolls left untouched
and hand sanitizer and masks.
Hey Larry! when will we see more of the other cars in other buildings? and more detailing of the cars from this amazin collection? :) Best of luck :)
This is awesome. Thank you for this great video
Imagine the guy hiring Ammo to detail all the cars. Well Ammo see ya over 20 years :)
2-3 years and he will have it done.
this needs more than detailing, some of them sat in one place for 20 years, so you're talking all the seals and rubber hoses, tyres and everything needing replacing, unless you just want to have a nice decoration in your garage.
@@PastLight The mechanical work is probably for AMMO to to anyway.
@@mcplutt I guess so, probably even in the condition they're at they could sell for good money, but I'm sure "running and driving" part does matter... Note to self, if ever buying older cars, don't just look at the mileage 🤣
This guy is in no rush selling them so if he likes Ammo full contract is his.
Goodwood Festival of Speed: “Here, is the greatest gathering of cars in the world” This Collection: ‘hold my beer’
This Collection: I might look good like an actual gathering but I don't even get attention by my owner because they are too busy buying cars as an investment instead of actually admiring us for our beauty.
Absolutely Gorgeous Garage!!!
Beautiful collection of now rare cars. At first I was in awe, then the longer it went on the madder I was getting. When he got to the Countach with the window sticker, I yelled CARS ARE BOUGHT TO BE DRIVEN!! 😆 If you need me, I'll be in therapy.
Ideal scenario: deep clean each one of them. Videos and car history for a lifetime.
I can see why the owner doesn’t want to be identified. He built a graveyard, not a collection. It’s the difference between an obsession and a passion.
Chris Barker facts
Jay Leno has a collection, this is something much darker.
I like what you said though I'm not sure if you're right but I get what your saying, there's intrigue.
Agreed Chris. this guy has 100s of cars that, to any 'regular guy' would make their life to own just ONE. and yet he likely never even sees them, let alone enjoys them. quite unusual.
He doesmt want to be identified because he is rich from illegal activities. A guy like this wants to be know he just knows if he does the feds will eat him alive
"I can't keep it all in my head" says the lady that can rattle off details about almost every car in the collection
My thoughts precisely, her knowledge was incredible!
That 308 in BLUE!!! 😍😍😍
