4Runner hard body on Gen8 P.A.C.K chassis. 90% Completed. Bluetooth speaker set up in the back. Rock lights utilizing some drone landing lights, light controller & aux on/off module spliced with the LED bar. 90mm superlift shocks in the front w/80mm shocks in the rear with semi stiffer springs.
Just need to mock up some inner fenders, fab up some side steps/sliders & maybe a stinger bumper & she good to go.

How did u mount the body on thr gen 8 chassis?
A lot of cutting & deleting pieces. Lol. Had to remove the front plastic extension in front of the steering servo, had to chop down the rear suspension mounts to sit the body low enough to my liking, or you can go the other route I planned on going & mounting up a TRX4 cantilever kit, I opted for chopped mounts to keep the suspension close to scale. Battery tray, esc box & fenders need to be removed. The “side steps” need to be trimmed to fit the body lines & I mounted a magnet on the servo to secure the front & used a universal drift body mount (looks like an L bracket) off of eBay to secure the back. Gotta use 11”-11-3” wheelbase links, depending on the height you aiming for, to squeeze the Gen8 wheelbase in to match the RC4WD Runner. Plastic driveshafts need to be trimmed bout quarter inch on the female & male portions to avoid binding & to be able to bring the wheelbase in. To keep the height down, I used 80mm RC4WD shocks in back & 90mm shocks up front both with the stiffer springs & 30wt shock oil since I get bluetooth speaker in the back.
