    • I’ve got an issue. Practicing Wim Hof’s breath technique I feel blessed and energised right after the procedure. But then maybe 15 minutes after when I face with smth I don’t like (some problems at work for example) I react aggressively and feel myself anxious with negative thoughts. Why? What am I doing wrong?

    • @@michaelliberson2882 maybe the technique is bringing up the repressed anger and anxiety that is already in you. In my opinion that's a good thing. You can go to work on processing the anger and anxiety.

  • The best part of Wim Hof method is very important to understand. After practicing the breathing and finding that breakthrough . You will not want to continue the breathing practice. Because the mind has had the chance to recognise that ill feeling,by routine practice and one can live without the breathing practice, unless really necessary. You don’t even need to get to cold immersion in a tub.you will find the solution with just the breathing technique.

    • @@magomedsouleymanov9946 if you warm your body up beforehand, the cold will feel colder. I don't know if that will affect the results, but it'll sure feel uncomfortable. This is a secret I've discovered, your body regulates it's temperature very well, so you can trick it by making it think you're in a different climate.. In the cold, you can stay warmer by ingesting cold beverages/food.. Same works for hot. Drink warm drinks and your body will think it's hotter than it is and will work harder to cool you down.

  • When he fulfilled it, his wife held his hand until he reached puberty, and one day he was slower on her, and God the Most High revealed to Ayoub - peace be upon him - to (run with this foot of yours with a cold bath and a drink). When she saw him, she said: “May God bless you. Have you seen this prophet of God who is afflicted?” By God, I did not see a man more like him than you, if it was true. He said: I am he. He said: And he had two treasures, rarer for wheat and rarer for barley, so God sent two clouds, and when one of them was on the rarest of wheat, they emptied gold into it until it overflowed, and the other emptied into the rarest barley until it overflowed. This is the wording of Ibn Jarir, may God have mercy on him

  • I absolutely recognise that this could be the BEST method for all of us to BE HEALTHY and solve MANY health issues! (From experience too! - i have done it for many years now!) ....However....... Lately i have had this weird and _strong_ resistance to it and even find myself resisting doing the breathing! (I have never been good about doing the cold exposure -= but was good at doing breath stuff 2x/day) E.g. i *_barely_* did 2 rounds this morning! 🤨 Seems as if i'm self sabotaging or something, i don't know... i don't expect anyone to shave a psych.-revelation, i'm pretty clue'd-up there, but WHB-veterans...? do you guys, maybe, have any tricks to start LOVING it again?!
