I've watched 2 seasons of Peaky Blinders, man, Cillian Murphy is soooo cool there and here too! Christopher Nolans go-to actor. Enjoy!

Also, don't know if people noticed, but he intentionally didn't do the psychoanalysis and awkward pause things as he knew Cilian was a bit shy and would have felt awkward. • @@joyjr91_ bullshit. M could change from man to woman back to man without issiue, moneypenny was also white and black. And Q turned from old to being young again. Character transformation isnt a bad thing if the actor does a well enough job. Ian Fleming doesnt live anymore. Craigs era alredy did many changes to the bond characteristics, aswell were dalton and Brosnan (which is my favorite) very diffrent from the original Sean connery and from Roger moore who has done the most bond movies yet. It would be disrespectful to the audience, the TRUE Bond fans to just let that role die over nonesense. The only true barrier i see is James bond being pictured by a female actor and thats solely because of the name, they would have to change the name and i wouldnt watch Jasmine Bond or something, cause that wouldnt make sense. I hope the people in Charge for the Bond Franchise are not as close minded as you are, because i for one would like to see some more Bond movies and see which ever actor it will be after Craig. Change is going to happen to everything, fighting change only leads to loss and destruction, great shows have ended because they were not able to go with the change.

    • @Chaplin I really liked the character, but you're right. If we saw him showing happiness (not just an occasional smile), sadness, pain, regret, ANGUISH (every moment he held a gun up to his own head) etc, that really would've elevated the character. I mean, he's been through war, but you rarely see him showing physical emotions from his ptsd. The man got shot and walked it off for fucks sake. Major spoliers ahead. The scene where hes talking to Alfie, and he's saying how his son was taken, that was a rare moment of anguish and desperation from him. Even got to see some slight tears in his eyes. Now contrast that with when he finds out his daughter died... just nothing. And whatever he showed wasn't enough. Then there's the scene where his son chooses Lizzy over him, because she shows Charlie more affection than his absent father, despite her not being his mom... Tommy just turns and walks away. Wtf

  • okay this interview just goes to show that it is not Cillian being disinterested in interviews that leads him to one word answers and staring at walls. It is interviewers being disinteresting and asking ill- informed questions about irrelevant topics.

    @jamie2167@jamie21673 жыл бұрын
    • I guess you never watched Craig Ferguson before. This is not an interview , its a conversation between an irishman and a scotsman. And questions abous irrelevant topics are what makes this guy different. If you want the same staged interviews where both the guest and host know exactly what the questions and answers will be go watch jimmy kimmel or fallon because Craig Ferguson is only for people with a sense of humour and sadly my friend you dont have one.

    • @@AnakinSkywalker-dr3gt I think Jamie was actually complimenting this interview, not complaining about it. I believe Jamie is saying Cilian is engaging with the right host (no one word answers and staring at walls in this interview). I might be wrong though but look at it from this point of view.
