As a German I have to support the Austrian guy. I hope he can defend his title, though the other players won't make it easy for him. Tbh I think we're going to see Talose vs. Starflash in the finals once again, I'd obviously love to see Deadfs taking the throne once more

Rooting for Talose and Po1and. Both are very entertaining. Talose consistently does well in these, and Po1and out speeding Starflash was amazing last tournament.
Always enjoy this tournament. Predicitng a Po1and victory.
Talose and Mechstorm are my favourite two to watch. I look forward to the others and find new players to root for in their brackets. I always love watching these.

Can't wait! I've been looking forward to this ever since the 3rd season! Watched all 3 of them twice... Are these going to be held whenever you feel like it, or is there going to be a schedule (like semi annual or something)?
Finals will be interesting. I feel like Starflash is the only one that can beat Deadfs. I don't think anyone on left bracket can beat Deadfs. I definitely would love to see a revenge match between Po1and and Starflash in finals.
This will be awesome. I think it would be fairer to make the bracket 100% random next time. Aside from that you created an insanely interesting tournament.
My favorites in order are tordread, talose and starfish I wish everyone good luck and fair play!!
I missed the last one. I am excited and hope I can watch live next time! Still, this will be a live match huh. This will be fun. Live matches will weaken and strengthen some players. Less time to calculate stuff. Lets get to see some of the tough guys go head to head.

"Best advance wars players in the world" of AWBW. Don't forget that AWBW did some changes that some AW players don't enjoy, like using comtowers because "OMG games last longer" but it unbalance the game as it nerf defensive CO's a bit, like Andy can't regen a tank if it get 2 shoted, Max being stronger because he get +30 attack with a comtower (or +40% when he get 2, we recently saw someone getting stomped by a +40% damage Max), just like how Tinywar is different because it's a different AW game. It would be great to see some regular AW2 match (I mean PvP).
I can promise you that the top rated players on AWBW would stomp anyone on the cartridge.
@@Mangs1337 LMAO, oh Mangs if only you knew. Don't sleep on Tiny wars players too. There is 3 type of AW players: Tiny wars, AWBW, OGAW/"OfflineAW" players and you also have people who don't play ranked mode for various reasons, doesn't mean that they suck, some people have +2000 match and are ranked below 1500 yet they are far from weak, so don't take this as an insult or something but it really made me laugh when you've said the best in the worlds and not the best in AWBW, Tiny wars players are pretty good too you know :p

@@thebrazillianguytm2186 It's a feature in AW 1 & 2 ? In famicom wars ? Super famicom wars ? and the 3 GB wars ? In Reboot camp ? (let's not count the WII version) AFAIK it's only in DS & days of ruins (AWBW using the first and tiny wars the later mechanics). Comtower + AWBW changing some CO change the game hence why it's not like in the OG, technicaly it should be called AWDSBW (but with Sturm included) since they take AWDS mechanics for the most part (no blobs). Recently we saw JTQWN getting crush by Tordread with a Max with +40% attack power (he got the 2 com tower); comtowers do make a difference and it change the game, let's say Andy got a tank on a city, you first trike with a tank as Olaf for 4 damage (best roll) then use a second tank, even with max roll you don't kill it, with a comtower you do, Max can still do that without a comtower, Jess can't except with a POWER or SUPER, Grimm can, so Andy get penalized like most "defensive" units, Lask would be better because 1 tank on a city would do some damage, same as Sonja so comtowers change all of that, play Advance wars 2 and you'll see the difference, if you want to see the difference with units attacking at the same time (so no first try advantage) you have a green CO in super famicom wars that have units at veterancy 2 so they get defense and offense boost, pretty important when tanks vs tanks fire at the same time, basicaly you play as Sturm when it comes to stats, play advance wars 2 with someone from AWBW (on a map you have made, like copy a map from AWBW, a mixed base map but without comtower since you can't, like "costic finale") and don't pick a CO that get natural damage increase, you'll appreciate Andy more especialy his +10% SUPER, it's not a guarranteed kill with 2 tanks vs a tank on a city but on plains it does, by AWBW stats anyway. As you may know AWBW official maps prefer to have comtowers because of what I've mentionned above, making aggressive moves and wallbreaking easier but offensive CO can already do that to begin with, that's why Max and Jess get a bonus move on their POWER & CO, Grimm doesn't but if you see Grimm guy you know Grimm counterattacks are deadly. Grimm tank on a city have a chance to survive two tank attack from Andy without a comtower, Adder with a POWER or SUPER guarrantee a 2 shot and Jess got a guarranteed two shot due to her +10%, so comtowers do change the battle, A Sonja tank on a city can do more counterdamage than Max against a CO that have no +% damage and no comtowers, since the tank will survive 2 attacks it will have more values than if the opponent got a comtower because her tank will only attack once, Andy super may 2 shot her tank being on a city without any comtowers so Andy being a jack of all trades work better without comtowers, that's why he is not ranked very high in AWBW because most of the time with comtowers he won't get to heal much, Imagine you attack an Andy tank on a city with 2 tank, it survive with 1 HP, his turn come and it's a 3, he use his SUPER and it's at 8, now Andy is is better but of wait with a comtower you can 2 shot his tank and no one go tank vs tank when the opponent have a tank on one of their captured city...... thus low rank, of course Max can 2 shot but he can't wall, he won't use a 2-2 80% artilery to defend (90% with a comtower) and obviously with a POWER/SUPER he can wallbreak even more easily, so comtowers really affect the game, in days of ruins if both players get a comtower it negate the effects (+5% attack and defense, defense work differently in days of ruins so it negate and there is vetenrancy too), if you wish you could play in AWBW on a map with no comtowers and you ban COs that have some bonus damage as their day to day, you'll see what I mean.

What do you mean "Its not on the older games therefore it shouldn't be a mechanic that should be on competitive"? Thats the worst logict to have period. COs were only introduced in Advance Wars, First Strikes were only introduced in Advance Wars, Super Powers were introduced in Advance Wars 2, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOO lets pick a beef with Comm Towers wich makes for more "fasted paced games" Also a good desinged map withouth commtowers can still be not stally at all, there might be not as many as you would like out there, but they still exist and will be picked for tournaments from time to time
