In Ca you would need an environmental impact study. A traffic plan would likely be required. Then, when you almost get the permit, the environmental folks magically find an endagered Red Legged Frog and deny your permit.

I guess in So Cal. Hollister has a park here in N Ca. I'm grouchy from the restrictions on everything fun here. The 70's and 80's were the last moments of fun. Now they would take your truck for what we did.@@MartyHansen

It was shot in 1080p at 60FPS. You might be experiencing internet problems.
