Currently using 12 pro max. The display is great and the phone looks amazing but the weight starts to bother your hands after a while. It’s heavy. If you are a user who uses their phone all day it could get annoying. Something to think about.

I have a iPhone6 for so many years and always came through for me. I am a drummer with constant video recording myself and my band. But my lightning port is giving me problems charging up. Went for the iPhone 12 Pro Max this year. The bigger screen & battery life was worth it 👌
Last year I made the mistake of going for the 11 Pro Max. The phone is just too big too thick and too heavy. The battery life is overkill for me, the 11 Pro, from the battery tests I saw on KZhead, has no problem getting through the day as well anyway. This year if it was my money I would either get the 12 Pro or the 12 mini.
Yes, 12 Pro Max is by far the best choice overall. Its size is a bit big, but within a week I was adjusted so well. I’m happy I made the right choice.

Another great video 👍🏽 My experience using the mini for two weeks was that, felt like I was using a toy. The phone felt delicate and I was always worried about dropping it maybe because I have large hands. I eventually returned it. Perhaps if it was cheaper I would just stick with it but I’d rather pay a little extra and get the bigger/ regular 12. The mini should have been the SE2.

Agreed, just get the biggest you can afford. No matter how cute the small phones are, you will miss the big display once you start typing.

Tbh I think if you have ANYTHING other than the 11 Pro/Max then one of the 12’s is a huge upgrade! The value hits better this year

I got iPhone 11 on Christmas and it works pretty good, Tbh If I was to choose between 11 and 12 I'll probably choose 11's because they have bigger battery, they work still FINE, no lag, performance still great

Glad I didn't wait and got the 11 Pro Max which I adore. I couldn't care less about 5G as where I live it's gonna take at least 2 years to arrive, and at that time I will be rocking a 120Hz 5G ready iPhone anyway.

would have gone for 12 pro but the battery is just not good enough.. got the 12 pro max because of the bigger battery and screen size (comes in handy while watching videos sometimes) and honestly after using the bigger screen, its kinda difficult to go back to the smaller ones.. hoping iphone 13 pro max comes with 120 Hz and even better battery backup.. (no portless please)..

If I was an iPhone guy I'd definitely go for the 12 pro. The pro max looks huge and also seems to have so much wasted space on the screen. I suppose that's one of the negatives of making them all consistent rather than to suit each size.
Excellent video. I still use my 11 pro as my ‘daily driver’ because it’s smaller and lighter to carry around than my 12 pro max, which I use mainly for the large screen media consumption and the brilliant camera..

I want the mini, but that battery size is the killer. I have the X right now which and miss my old SE. I believe the battery of the X is 2700 or so and I use just about all of that in a day. To drop down to 2200 would not be ideal. Guess I'll have to go for a 12 or 12 pro. The max looks way to big.
As a person who came from an iPhone 5s (16gb) the iPhone 12 Pro has excellent battery life. I can’t complain, this phone is too good. Being used to my iphone failing, not anymore
I think the final sales numbers are going to be radically different. All the current data suggests is that early adopters are going for the Pro Max, which is hardly surprising. One year from now, the mini will have caught up and be neck and neck with the standard 12 for the most sales.

Xiaomi also removed the charger, but u can ask for one for free if u don't have any, and they'll include it. Respect for them, hope others will follow them and not apple🤞

I buy my iphone 12 mini before a month and its great!The battery and the size of the phone are perfect for me.And i have the same plans.
I went from a 6s to a 12 Pro Max and loving it, I didn't find the size difficult to adjust to (I have big hands) The new camera is incredible and the low light shots are awesome The battery is very impressive too (40 mins charging gets me to ~80% and 100% lasts me 2.5 days!) I've not done any video recording (to take advantage of the HDR/Dolby sound & Image stabilisation) but will do hopefully this year I've also not played around much with RAW but plan to this year too once I get a tripod 👍 Happy New Year all - hope you're as happy and healthy as you can be!

Got the 12 Pro first then went to the Max. Now after 3 weeks with it I’m starting to have 2nd thoughts. I love the screen and battery life but being at home most of the time I really don’t need the biggest screen and I’m always by a charger so battery life is not a big deal. The 12 Pro is way more comfortable.

@@landoblu 12 pro is a sized phone, an it does have a good battery life. It lasts awhile an charges rlly fast with the new charger.

The 12 series have slightly less battery life compared to their 11 series counterparts by around 20ish minutes so you shouldn’t worry too much
You have the se which is really good 😌 and best for the price specially if someone have ipad or laptop to do other things on like video and gaming for iPad the storage on laptop to keep documents the only issue with se is the battery but so far is good phone keep in mind the camera is normal camera even with iphone 12 will not replace a 📷
The SE is good for the price (well, for an iPhone lol)., but small screen, single lens with no night mode and last year's chip hold it back a little

12 pro max is basically the same size as 7+/8+ iPhones, just a little taller
@@aniboo3916 I don't have any issues with the height of the phone I have used s20+ which has the same height..note 20 ultra which is even taller..but pro max is too wide to be comfortable..that's why I went with 12 pro max as the camera's are also almost identical to pro max.

Xs max to 12 pro max. Doesn’t feel any bigger to me., love the phone. Big battery life jump, camera is amazing and love the speakers. Performance is snappier but not a night and day difference as the xs max is still an amazing phone.

if the mini was cheaper it would have sold more. price saving compared with the 12 is minimal but with smaller screen and less battery. why would you get it?
its even only a slight upgrade from my 2016 SE, especially if you dont play demanding games on it The only real reason for a 12Mini would be for me the bigger and better screen, probably a better runtime at my barely demanding tasks...and this is by far not 700$+ worth I would love a cheaper, „slower“ Version of the Mini with at least proper 4K60fps recording, 4k30 can also do my 2016 SE...(or 720p240 or 1080p120...)
also, i would loose the fingerprint sensor, pretty much a nogo for me since i dont want to use FaceID or be capable of it in any way

Hiya, great run down of the different models. Would you care to specify on regular vs. power user? (In terms of phone usage) I use my phone for around 4-5 hours daily. Does that make me a regular user or a power user? Also these hours are usually on social media.

Guys, just came to know from Apple technical support that some iPhone 12pro have reported loss of wireless charging capability and Apple engineers are working to solve the issue. Until they find how to get over this technical issue, the affected iPhone 12 Pro have to be forced restart to regain wireless charging capability
