They are both such incredibly talented narrators. Am currently listening to Book 19 of the In Death series and just can't imagine them without Susan's voice.

I devour the In Death books as soon as they come out. I have them as kindle books, some hard backs and ALL as audible books. I can honestly say that listening to the books would not be the same without Susan Erickson - she IS Eve Dallas!
I am an avid fan of J D Robb’s Death Series audiobooks and love Susan’s voice, accents..etc. Eve Dallas is identifiable because of Susan. For me, her voice is easily recognized and I would be very disappointed if they ever replaced her as the narrator for this series, not that they would. I started another book yesterday called Winter Garden by Kristen Hannah and was delighted when I realized it was Susan narrating. Now I want to search the books she’s narrated because I’m so fond of her completing the character’s identity for me. I’ve been listening to audiobooks, in my car only, for probably at least 30 years. Some of the narrators are identifiable for me and another example of a narrator I know is Joe Grifasi…one book is Danielle Steel’s The Ghost. There are so many I have come to know.
People seriously underestimate how hard it is to narrate books! Kudos to this couple. The performance of the narrator truly is the difference between picking up an audiobook or giving it a pass.
Absolutely LOVE both of these super talented narrators. First heard Susan Erickson narrate the In Death series by J.D. Robb and she made me fall in love with all of the characters! I've read books she's narrated for other authors and have felt the same way. She even helps me to like a book I would otherwise dislike!
What they do is fabulous but let's face it, they are fabulous! Love this kind of story!!!

I have always wondered how they read the book. Do they do each character and then go back to do the narration in between, or how does that work? Would love a follow-up story with more details on the process! It’s so interesting to me because I love audiobooks.

Morning Television…Today, again, I spent a few hours reviewing just a few of the morning television news teams, marveling how glamourized they all looked, I sure would like to take a peek at their hair dye, wig and make-up budgeting, excluding their journalistic expenses, with both things not being equal. I wonder which is the most expensive for their network to produce, their entertainment or news programing, I bet the return on the dollar is about the same, as early morning news has demonstrated can be a top earner and is big business, being able to afford all that journalistic millionaire talent. When will George Stephanopoulos start dying his hair and greasing up his lips? only the budget masters knows for sure, who is keeping a keen eye on if it will ever become necessary to boost program income, and if some of the females will have to unbutten just a few top blouse buttons, early morning news television has become a ‘cut throat business’, earn or be gone…
