The locks were literally designed to sound like that, this car was engineered to feel solid and tactile in the doors, locks etc All those things Adam hates are there by design

It is old school, mass manufacturing type doors. The engine is good, and it manoeuvres very well. From video. Is it worth more then 90K though?

There are many possibilities with that budget and type of car. Tesla Model X, Aston Martin DBX, Lamborghini Urus. I will prefer the Model X.

@@geromelegnome5446 The build quality of G-wagon is supperior over the Range Rovers. Range Rover are known for high service cost, while they have a great ride quality when things actually works. G-wagon is more of a 'truck'. But the newer G-wagons likely will feel more than comfortable enough too us not used to Rolls Royces;)

Try to get an American or English plumber speaking anything other than English I dare you, here most trades people speak English, in fact the only people who don’t are the much older people. Germany and Austria’s education levels are far harder and higher than in the US or England ( I also lived in North America for a while so have experience of this).

As everyone said, the sound of the door closing is one of the most requested feature of the g wagon and is designed on purpose to sound like that. It’s a trademark feature. Having said that, when I test drove one of these babies, the exhaust sounded much more epic than what it sounded in the video, might really be because of after market exhaust
Was is this model or its predecessor? Not sure about the G-Wagon but a Lot of newer (German) cars have a soft limiter bc of laws.. :(

Range Rover vs a G Wagon in terms of smiles per mile isn't a comparison. The G Wagon is a thrill to drive, especially with a tune. Plus it absolutely breaks necks with it's looks and sound!
