I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.
I can’t focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 3years, you see I’ve got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/unstable market doesn’t provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?
I agree, my profit has been consistent no matter the market situation, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a subreddit, long story short, its been 2years now and I’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

Early saving and investing money creates compounds growth, it's a beautiful thing.But it takes focus and discipline. You need to be focused enough to commit to a plan and a process. I’m a dividend investor, my wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. I’m retiring at the end of the month at 59, while my wife will retire next year at 54. We currently have 5.7 million in out tex deferred savings.

Yes, to improve your odds of building a large nest egg for retirement or earning as much money as possible over the course of your lifetime, you’ve got to get a handle on compound interest, inflation, and risk diversification. That's the foundation Grant Cardon and Chris Vandernaald has built on over the years. Very great personalities.
If you set aside $30,000 when you’re 18 and your money earns 7% or so per year you’ll be a millionaire by the time you’re 68. “That’s the power of compounding,” said Chris Vandernaald". I always love his view about the compound interest.
I was able to attend Chris and Cardon workshop, one of the things that triggered me about Chris is he said " delaying grafication " it pays to wait.
Compound interest is hard to understand that's why banks don’t pay more than 1% on savings. If compound interest had to do with bank interest, it's No No for me.
I have heard so much about Chris Vandernaald, I was to attend his seminar before first pandemic started, I have lost so much this year! Lost my wife at the hand the disease.

He is not a fraud but a very good business man. He's excellent in sales. He does not spend money, he invests it and people give him money for it. They want to be like him so they will pay top price to have him as a "mentor". He doesn't waste money; he's so much smarter than that. He tells you to spend money so that his cash flow can grow. That being said sometimes you've got to pay to play but at this moment in time a person can become wealthy so much easier.

I always watch your video Grant and I take your advice everytime I get complacent, this has helped me build a huge portfolio. Currently my portfolio is worth over $670k cos I keep reinvest profits and other saving into it, my dream is to build a portfolio worth millions before retirement so I can live comfortable throughout the rest of my days.
How do you control such a huge portfolio, am pretty such you have so many stocks right.
I try to reinvest $10k monthly which has steadily increased my portfolio these past few months.
Wow I have been trying to build my portfolio singlehandedly which is currently at $47k, it going to take a whole lot to get it to $100k not to talk of when yours is at.

I can see why people don't agree with him or dislike him because he is literally telling us what most aren't. He tells you the secret in plain and clear terms. I'm not a huge GC follower, but he's absolutely right in this video. The "secret" is just your brand, or if you wanna get more broad, 'investing in yourself'. He talks about building your brand and engaging the right people, as well as putting your money to USE, not wasting it on dumb shit. Your brand is your own - that's the 'secret' part. His is selling seminars and speeches and RE and whatever else. Yours might be cooking, or art, or building things, or whatever. The basic premise is the same. Utilize money to build your brand, network and help good people succeed, and go HARD on that, without getting content.

"You can never have too many friends." Wherever you land, you can stay with a friend. Whenever you need an investor, call your friends. "You can never have too much money." Money is like shelter. You can survive without it, technically, but it's a miserable existence, and you'd much rather have more of it than you can EVER run out of. I had my last full-time job in 1995. The $570 sunglasses, it's not happening. At time 21:35 you said "I'd never have bought these shades. I'm cheap!" That was a high point of the video for me. If someone is spending money, and it's not giving them a return, they were probably never poor. It's freaking tragic out there. Great job with all your productive outcomes, very inspirational, and thanks for giving back to the community.

Grant, The best decision I made on 2018 was attending to the real estate expo in San Mateo CA, and I didn't know who you were and you totally caught my attention and I'm fascinated about you. I'm a sales person and I just ordered your 10X book. I'm studying you and I love watching your videos. You were my favorite entrepeneur.
I spent half my life in the Army. I finally retired and I discovered your channel. I feel like every video I watch turns on a light in a new room in my head. I’ll finish my degree at the end of the year and excited to work and have a second source of income (military pension) available to start to really invest and change my family’s life. To give them the life they deserve. Thank you for all your videos and all your materials and mentorship.
