I have a few questions. What gauge of resistance wire did you use? Was it Nichrome wire? Also what was the pad that you put it on made of? Same aluminium as the cans or what? What were the white bits you used to fasten the wire?

- Course you could that could be done so much easier in a much better way no grounding no thermal protection no thermostat no safety precautions no nothing doesn't even know how hot it gets. That's not even trying to get into the fact that the outside will be razor hot and probably melt after a short period.

Acho que se fizesse uma proteção melhor, acho que o calor ficaria porque acho que a lata absorve o calor dificultando o aquecimento, mas foi uma ótima idéia

Pode usar um "carregador/fonte" de 12 volts direto e bom vídeo e quantos Anperes presiza can use a 12 volt "charger / power supply" good video And how many amps you need
