  • I got this. My testimony: on December 24,2021, I almost died by falling hard to get my strength back walking. Was crawling at the time. Went to the hospital to recover and went to rehabilitation to gain my strength 💪 back. Went back home by mid February and had a physical therapist came for my exercises. After this, I performed 100 bed situps and 100 wheelchair push-ups for six months. After this, I had a routine with dumbbells Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I'm getting stronger daily. I'm standing up and walking a little. Exercises save my life. God be the glory. ❤

  • I am trying hard to excel at physics. I have started too late in life. I am struggling to get through the concepts, to solve numericals. But I am trying, trying everyday, from scratch. I hope to be a scientist someday and I know, I don't settle easily. I won't give up, I have dreamt of something in life for the first time for myself. I can't disappoint myself by not gifting something I always wished for. It's high time to take ownership of our dreams, fulfil them.

  • I trained very hard on grippers these past few days. Yesterday I lifted tons at work and I cleared so much cargo by myself. Today I have a bruise on my finger from so much lifting. I have to rest now and give my body a rest. Take care everyone
