About the villagers spawning golems outside the farm: as long as they see each other, they can gossip and spawn a golem. It is very slow, but thats how they spawn without having a threat. And hurting golems by hand actually decreases your reputation with traders, which increases the price.

The problem you had with the iron farm in the beginning was that the signs were one block too high. That way the iron falls directly on the hoppers instead of going through the lava....heh one block too high.
I dunno if you're still lookin for input but: 1. Striders die in rain please put a roof over the lad (also i remember zombie piglins at one point getting hurt by water so you may wanna roof the spicy boys as a precautionary measure) 2. You can put a hopper under the cobble block and it goes into the hopper (from what i can tellz 100% of the time bc of the hitbox) instead of the lava 🐦❤️ Chat is free to correct me if im wrong though (pls be nice to me chat this is purely based on experience i am not an expert nor do i claim to be 🙏)

if you use a nametag on a goblin trader, they will stick around and not despawn, their trades restock daily.
If I'm not mistaken, I'm pretty sure the area under the platform was meant for all your food farms and you were gonna use glowstone as a light source

When you cover up the island to make the second floor, you should make it look all magical like an underground city using glowstone for the ceiling, so it looks less like a prison. Not for the sewer though, that's supposed to be a prison. Also, for the bridge to the wheat and potato farms, I love the idea of putting a river underneath it!

Skyes you should consider making a waterfall at the drop connecting to the wheat field ans a way to go down quicker instead of a typical water column and then connect the waterfall to the river.

Would love for you to build an aquarium for all the aquatic mobs. The grass area near the tree farm is a chest area. Can't remember if it was meant to be permanent or temporary. Sewer system/underground = industrial area. We got Pandas, HELL YES! Damn it took forever to get lava. Love both bridges. PS: Wattles is a King, love his channel! Collab?

The kids are jumping all around the dad and right before Skyes turns to go back to what he was doing the second time in a split second you can spot the adult villager look at Skyes with such hatred that says "You did this. You should not kill the iron golems like that. The reputation level is decreased if a villager or Iron Golem is harmed.Reputation begins at 0, ranges from +30 to -30, and can be increased by trading with villagers. BTW I love your videos❤
