  • Thank you for opening the morning. I'm going to listen carefully and get up and move. I want to be really happy. Will it be different if I'm born in a good family with other parents? I want to feel better again. But it keeps falling apart. It hurts. I'm a sick person and getting ready to take care of myself. It's getting worse and I have to quit my job, which makes me even more desperate. How long should I live with anxiety? I'm depressed and panicked again. Why do I keep collapsing when I have to live? I'm a survivor of a violent family. I feel like I was responsible. I'm a single woman. My parents were dementia, Parkinson's disease. I quit my job for care and took care of it for a long time. Last year, they both died three months apart. It was stressful. After my parents died, I have both body and mind. I have two cerebral aneurysms in my head. One was operated on. I have another cerebrovascular disease. I suddenly gained 15kg due to liver failure, thyroid dysfunction, and I still suffer from depression, anxiety disorder, panic disorder and insomnia. I'm taking aspirin every day. I want to start KZhead and have the courage to share and communicate, but that also requires a lot of effort. I feel weak. I'm upset. I want to be healthy. I have a lot of aftereffects of cerebral aneurysms, so I'm scared of death. I still want to try and stay healthy.
