Unless you are just looking for the full tourist vibe of standing in the long line outside the Louvre in Paris, I highly recommend following my guide here and walk right in. If waiting in the hours long line is an experience you would like just to say you did it, you have that option too. I hope this helps you out on your trip to the Louvre in Paris.
I used the Get Your Guide app. There are other companies out there that allow you to buy tickets in advance. Get Your Guide works pretty good. Just get your tickets to the Louvre in advance and select your time you wish to enter the museum, and walk right in.

This is a good tip for those who did not plan ahead but you can still enter thru the pyramid without waiting if you reserve a time slot.

Hi, when you bought your ticket on get your guide, did they mention you are able to use this entrance? Currently most of the tickets on the get your guide app says to use the main entrance? Just wondering how it was for you when you bought your ticket?
Hello, I just looked back at my ticket because of you mentioning this and it does say the ticket is to be used at the pyramid entrance only. I never noticed that, but I still did not have one problem or issue using it at the entrance in this video. They scanned our tickets and we walked right in. I hope that helps.

Sorry about the no talking part. It would have been just me saying, "GO here.. turn here... ect." I did add what I could think of with captions. You may have to turn on your closed caption while viewing. I tried to walk slow enough to show everything thing so you could easily follow.

Are those girls at the end who you show your ticket to? Can you purchase your ticket online and just show it to them?
Yes. you just show your tickets right there and you are in. I bought my tickets on the "Get your guide" app. where ever you buy them, you just show it right there and that's it.
If I don't have a ticket I still can go this way?
@Victoria Dor yes you can still go that way. Just get a ticket once you are down there, or what's best is to get tickets before going online.
