HELLO FRIENDS!! Today I let the intrusive thoughts win and melted together every bar of soap sold at Whole Foods…yes, that’s right - not even Whole Foods is safe from some ~mad franken-science~.
So we bought 109 bars from 23 different brands - and shredded them all down to tiny little cheese shreds, and then used a "rebatching" technique to create one singular & striped franken-bar. The process was long and grueling, but it was definitely worth it in the end since our final franken-bars ended up so cute!! What do you guys think of our final product? And since we've tackled both Lush and Whole Foods soaps now, whose soaps do you want to see us demolish next???

    • To those who are still seeking, still questioning, still not sure about their faith, here's an invitation. Understand that we, as humans, are limited. We often make mistakes, go astray, and lose our way. It's not about perfection; no one is. As it is stated in Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Recognize that actions alone won't bring ultimate salvation. It's not about counting good deeds against the bad. Ephesians 2:8-9 teaches, "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." Believe in the transformative power of love and forgiveness embodied in Jesus Christ. He laid down His life so we could find ours. The Bible states in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." True change and enlightenment come when we turn away from our old life and towards a new one - one guided by compassion, love, and humility. Acts 3:19 says, "Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord." Express your faith, not only in words but also in actions. Embrace love, kindness, and righteousness, just like how Jesus lived His life. As Romans 10:9 suggests, "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Consider baptism, a symbolic gesture of your new journey, your decision to leave the old behind, and embark on a new life in Him. Matthew 28:19 encourages us, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Lastly, remain steadfast. Consistency in following Jesus and His teachings is the key. As Jesus says in John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commands." This is not a demand but a warm invitation. An invitation to explore, to understand, and to experience a love that transcends human comprehension. A love that saves, heals, and brings life.

Every single person who ever lived since Adam will bend their knee and confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings. Katie is one of my all time favorite yt creators, and I think underrated, so it’s nice to see her featured by Safiya, who is a comparatively big channel. 💜 I was amazed that layers could happen in a rebatched soap.   • I didnt know they sell The Bath Place there! I met the owner of that business when she had just started out at the farmers market in the city we both lived in. We traded soap for produce I grew. It is so amazing to see how her business has grown. She opened the Raleigh location more recently and her first shop is in Rocky Mount (where I used to live). Highly recommend her products, great quality and a lovely human.

This is trusting with all of your heart that Jesus Christ is who he said he was. He saves us from sin and hell and brings us into a relationship with him. We become God's children. We are saved from hell, eternal death. "For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." Rom 10:13 CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD. Every single person who ever lived since Adam will bend their knee and confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings.   • This idea sounds like fun in theory but nightmare to execute. The fact that Saf goes through with the massive amount of effort to shred literally 10 giant buckets of soap, mix multiple giant Bertha pots, and melt 5 croc pots for multiple days is true dedication.   • 12:28 tar soap helped me with a major scalp allergy years ago, it smells horrible (and you absolutely need conditioner for your hair if you use it on your scalp) but it's indeed very useful.

    • I think the fact that all of the colors came out muted/desaturated really helped with that. If one of the layers had been really a bright or bold color it would have looked really out of place. Being all of a similar hue lets all of the colors feel like they "belong" even if they're not very "nice" individually.
