And being that reports have said that he is supposed to be out for 14 days, (2 weeks), then he had an additional 6 days to rest and recuperate. Although, I don't think he is going to start against Benfica, but more than likely, he will be on the bench.
Either put Lacazette in the CF position with Smith-Rowe behind him, or make sure Aubameyang, Odegaard and Smith-Rowe swap their positions frequently as what they did in the Leeds game. Aubameyang's hold-up play sucks, so the attackers' positional interchange should work if he plays as CF

Now that's what I call a shrewd analysis. If Pepe plays, they need to be interchangeable between wings. Allowing saka and pepe/Smith-Rowe to swap sides during the game brings different propositions to the opponent.

Seeing Willian who is so much worse than Pepe get in the team before him made Pepe re-evaluate his priorities and work harder. It also reminded Saka that he needs to continue working harder, besides giving Willian chances to regain confidence which will only benefit the team in general, whether we decide to sell him or are forced to keep him. You're just a simpleton that doesn't know how to improve the team in the long term hence you'll never be any sort of manager you muppet.

They talk about being excited to have fans back but I don’t think so. They would have been crucified at home this season for some of them performances and even though I personally like Mikel and would not get rid (I don’t think changing managers is the answer to our problems, they are much bigger), he would have done well to keep his job with the atmosphere that would have been around the emirates in November and December this season.
Well there's the other side of the coin as well: having fans in the stadium would have given a push to the players who lacked confidence and made them play better. The strength that fans can give you is undeniable, that's why this year the away wins are more than the home wins for the first time in PL history

Yh I can see where you’re coming from but lets be fair the atmosphere at the emirates is usually on the edge and all it takes is a slow start and the fans get their backs up. I may be wrong but personally I don’t think it would have been any different results wise, we’re simply appalling right now, our players are bang average and that’s been exposed countless times this year. Our midfield is dreadful, truly dreadful. Lethargic and dull, lacking in creativity and timid. Bellerin at right back is a joke, the guy is literally the worse right back I can remember in my lifetime at Arsenal and is not far from being Santos level now. I think he would have been targeted by the fans for starters (not saying I agree with it). Willian would be getting annihilated for sure and god knows what else would be happening if the fans were allowed in. Blessing in disguise for Arteta and the players in my opinion.

Pushes a bit forward when the space is there. Mari is the conservative one. They make a good mix I think. They are simply the better defending CBs in my opinion

One needs to remember that Man City and Guardiola were suffering 3 months ago, and Liverpool looked that they could repeat. I lie the process as we have gotten rid of t least 15 low caliber and quality players since Arteta came (some out on loan and some gone). He is quality manager and when he gets people who listen and can be molded like Bukayo, as Guardiola did in Man City, watch out, Arsenal will be fully back.

@@jh3743 thank you. When partey is injury free and gabriel is on form, we get cover for Tierney, a solid replacement at RB, a partner for partey and a replacement striker for auba/lacazette along with keeping balogun and martinelli up front we can judge arteta fairly 👍
