Sometimes a smack in the head from a whizzing streamer is all you really need to learn from your mistakes! Speaking from experience haha.
Smash down the barbs on all your hooks and you'll be fine. We were all beginners, keep fishing, never stop!!

Not the smartest are they.

I have seen trout caught on a tugged floating matchstick.
Will Up land lake trout hit these also
