    • The ADL??? Seriously, Court TV?!? The ADL, like the SPLC, considers anyone who doesn't have their specific point of view as "extremists". They consider patriotic Americans as "extremists". If you think the Constitution is a great document, the ADL considers you as an "extremist". Believe in free speech (which is obviously the 1st Amendment)? 2nd Amendment supporter? Yep, the ADL considers you an "eXtReMiSt". Believe in biology which proves there are only 2 genders? "eXtReMiSt". Don't think men should be allowed to compete in women's sports? You guessed it, "eXtReMiSt". It goes on and on with the ADL and SPLC. It's absolutely unbelievable that Court TV would use them as a "credible" source. They are insanely left wing to the point of totalitarian. It actually causes me to not take Court TV seriously.

  • Long ago, a 9 year-old girl went missing in our hometown. Her body was found not far from our house. It changed our lives. To me and my 4 younger sisters, nothing felt safe after that. Decades passed before DNA solved the case. It turned out that her killer was actually someone who'd never been on police radar. Two years after the killing, he had committed suicide because, it was believed, that he felt law enforcement was getting close to arresting him. By then, her parents had already passed away, but her brother was still alive to get the news. Now, I hope Abby and Libby's families won't have to wait that long for justice. Rest in peace, Debbie Randall. Extra angels of comfort to those who loved you. ✨️💙

    • Yeah really. And law enforcement simply refuse to admit they were wrong and screwed up big time and tried to hide this fact by pretending like it's such a "complex" case and the public needed protected from the probable cause affidavit. When in reality they didnt want everyone knowing that he came to them before they released his picture, just barely, and simply brushed him off. Had he waited til that next night to tell law enforcement he was there they would have lost this case forever by releasing that picture. He sure as hell wouldn't have come forward then. Like what the hell is complex about it? You have him on camera driving to the spot he parked his car. He walked to the bridge and kidnapped 2 kids took them down to a hidden area and killed them. They even have audio of the abduction. Then he walks out of there muddy and bloody and is seen by a witness doing so. I'm sorry but this is the least complex case I've ever heard of. How many abduction do they ever have audio of? And video of the guy approaching? This is all just the tip of the iceberg in their inexcusable incompetence. That's not even mentioning the mountain of reasonable doubt that they spent 5 and a half years to hand on a silver platter to defense. You got them stating in an affidavit they believe the property owner did it. You have transcripts of them interrogating a guy that they released a video for asking for information about and said to use the Abby and libby tipline, saying that he had planned to meet the girls there that day. You have all this and no one is even talking about it cause the court and attorneys mistook all the disfunction as tradition and are hell bent on keeping it going, making a mockery of the system as a whole. He should win an appeal just for his pretrial treatment. But I'm don't think his attorneys are very bright. They concocted some half baked conspiracy about human sacrifices, which if it was a group you would have seen two or more guys in the video. No way in hell a group is down there chilling and sends one guy to kidnap 2 15 year-olds. They are blowing a great opportunity to do what the state does to defendants and use their own words against them. I'd be emphasizing the fbi saying they believe Logan did it. As well as him trying to lie and make up an alibi which in their words is what a guilty person does. And the best part for them is the guy is dead and can't come in and sway the jury. Then you have kline, someone in prison for child porn and all their accusations to him. They are blowing a golden opportunity. They have 2 super impeccable alternate suspects who law enforcement said themselves did it and they are going with ghost and goblins. It's truly a who's who for who's most incompetent at their job and I'd put this group up against any group anywhere in the world. Sorry I'm from that state and ashamed.

    • @@Indy69vette what does that matter? They hacked Kegan kline devices THEN got a search warrant knowing what they were going to find. His attorney must really be worthless cause it's clear as day he has a legitimate case of illegal search and seizure. I know there's always work arounds to the constitution but they aren't even trying anymore. They just blatantly violate your rights and your only hope is that your lawyer will care enough to file an appeal to an appellate court and they will care enough to look at the case and care enough about the actual person's rights to overturn something. Don't get me wrong I'm not defending klines actions only his rights which were clearly violated. If they make that the norm, to be able to hack into anyone's devices cause they are on someone's friends list who were apart of an entirely separate case and look for any illegal activity and if found get a warrant for it then start an entirely different criminal case that quite frankly is a huge violation of privacy and rights. How many of these scumbags in law enforcement hack their wife's or girlfriends phones or whoever they want to spy on for personal reasons? I just hate that they can do that without a warrant legalor otherwise. We really do need a para police force who's only job and authority is arresting police who violate people's rights or conduct other illegal activities. Having them investigate themselves is a joke.

Richard Allen tells a conservation officer about his whereabouts about the time of the murders. This information got misplaced or didn't draw any red flags with the conservation officer. This mistake is why this has taken so long!

    • @@user-fi5zl1vc1cbut the only reason it got that big is because they made it that big. Had they done just the bare minimum of due diligence the case would have been solved before the first tip even comes in. They are so unbelievably lucky Allen went to them before they released the photo of him the very next day after the bodies were found or this case would never have been solved. How you don't clear him before running to the media is beyond any rational comprehension. He's telling them he was on the bridge at the time of the abduction because he thinks it's OK to tell them that because he didnt realize libby recorded him. So as far as he knew they had no clue where the abduction had taken place. I mean come tf on. When he came to them there was no 20,000 tips and he was somewhere in the middle. There were next to no tips and a very short list of the people who came to them claiming to have been there that day. I truly truly do belive they were more worried about getting in front of cameras than solving the case. They knew it was going to be a national story and Carter the clown and his circus came and crapped on everything. I remember Carter doing an interview about his first press conference on the case and he said there was discussion on who should do it. It came down to him or carrol county sheriff Tobe Leznby. It was decided that he was a better speaker so the decision was made for him to do the presser. This was what they were discussing when Allen was trying to tell on himself. That case should have never left delphi. They weren't overwhelmed by tips then. They were overwhelmed with their own vanity knowing that they were about to be known all over the country. I'm just picturing Allen having just went and told law enforcement he was on the bridge that day and basically by the time he gets home his picture is plastered all over everywhere. He had to have thought they were playing mind games with him. Especially when Libbys aunt comes in and has him print her memorial pictures. He had to start thinking he was living in an alternative reality or dreaming. Nope just the most incompetent investigation perhaps in the history of man afforded him 5 and a half years of freedom.

  • Finally something going for him. Regardless if he did, or didn’t do it, that judge not recusing herself has already opened this fiasco up to appeal after appeal. They might as well skip the trial and go straight to appeals. So unfair to Abby and Libby and their families. This has been a cluster f*ck from the get go. At this point, listening to the prosecution and that ridiculous judge Gull, absolutely settled me on the side of the defence. What an utter farce! Those girls basically provided the best evidence ever and the police f*cked it up. Big time. And that Gull woman - holding on for dear life to get her 5 mins of fame on the backs of two murdered girls - is disgusting.

    • I think you're right except for the evidence being strong. The original PD dropped the ball too. They didn't even take the branches that covered the girls to check for DNA. They didn't take the tree that had markings drawn. They didn't find the bullet initially. They didn't keep notes or recordings from the original interviews. They messed this up from Day 1. Whoever did this will likely never truly pay.

    • The judge, Honorable Judge Gull, respectively, is doing a good job. She is a professional and rules her court as such. She truly is watching out for RA’s well-being. If it were up to me I’d release him into general population in the county jail. I’d make him eat in the lunch area, shower, share a cell, work duties, and be in the rec yard with the other prisoners. Since the same mental health services aren’t available as in prison, he would not receive any. I would treat him as any other prisoner awaiting trial. IMO he should not be receiving any special circumstances and he for sure would not be in solitary confinement. He was investigated, arrested, and is awaiting trial for the murder and kidnapping of two innocent young girls. He has no alibi nor proclaimed innocence. In the eyes of the law, yes, he is considered innocent until proven guilty. That’s why I’d treat him like all the other prisoners. I would not protect him. I’d let him figure out life on the inside on his own. The focus of this case is so off track. It’s not about RA and I wish people would stop making it about him. It’s about justice for Abigail Williams and Liberty German. The outcome is near.

That cult or whatever it is and has been mentioned by the defense I assume. I think the reason why he was able to stay off the radar was because he was the only person who knew the truth. He didn’t tell anyone and he tried to live a somewhat normal lifestyle. The reason why I think he was alone is because when there are more than one involved in the case the better chances are that one of those involved will talk. If there had been some sort of cult involved there would have probably been a lot of people who would have known and then the chances of one of them talking is better even still !! He also admitted to the crime to several different people after he was arrested and the evidence in his home is yet another reason I think he is guilty.

  • Here's what I'm having a difficult time with. Many decades ago when I was a teen girl, my friends and I spent a fair amount of time in the drugstore - samples, trying on makeup, seeing what's on sale, looking through seasonal, etc. This is a small town. Even the gal's friend said they knew RA from the CVS. The gal's were alert enough to record the creep that most likely did this (giving presumption of innocence). Yet neither of them said any identifiers regarding RA such as that's the guy from the drugstore, or isn't that RA? There probably is a lot more on the video than has been released. Hopefully, there is more evidence, if he's the perp.

    @ChicaG-vg7pj@ChicaG-vg7pj19 күн бұрын
    • I personally didn't hang out in drugstores as a teen nor do I now. I'd say these days I go there maybe once every season, if not less than that, and went there much less as a teen. I would have been hard pressed to think of something I'd rather do less than hang out at CVS as a teen. I certainly didn't memorize middle aged men's faces of people who were workers at any store whatsoever when I was 13 or 14 either. Add to that the stress of having a man who's looking like he's following you in a largely wilderness area when no one else seems to be around, and I don't think they'd be in the frame of mind to start recognizing him immediately and also having the presence of mind to refer to him by his full name (if they knew it) while trying to see if they (as middle-schoolers) can talk their way out of a scary perceived threat. I do agree with you though that with a bit less than 3K people in town and knowing that they should work that town first and then work their way out, because someone in town would be familiar with those trails, I'd be shocked if they didn't know it was RA fairly early on after having the time to scrutinize the men in town. But you can't just arrest someone off of saying we really feel like it's him. The judge would laugh that search warrant request out of their court, and rightfully so. His phone that he said he was using didn't show up in the geofencing *at all,* so there was another strike "not putting him there" until they realized that he said he was glued to his phone that wasn't showing up on the geofencing that happened in 2019 and that was for Feb 13 with a start time of 12:41, when RA in his altered timeline, claimed to have been there at the trails. This defendant's stories are not making sense and I don't stand for that from a double child homicide defendant.

This individual who's Facebook page they found this info on confessed to his sister and someone else he was there when the girls were killed. He asked the police when interrogated would they find his DNA if he spat on one of them. The picture of the younger suspect was the first one the police had and they tried to persuade the lady who gave it to them to change her mind to fit more of the 2nd picture. She didn't change her vision of the suspect. Finally, there were 2 investigations, one from the 1 individual who the state charged was Richard Allen and the 2nd was from pagan rituals which turned out to be Odinism. During the early investigation of this case on the paganism side the investigators supposedly set up DVR'S to record the conversation of individuals to keep as evidence for the case. Every one of these conversations were recorded over multiple times. The police didn't even keep a log of who they talked to and never told the defense. They found out accidentally. Just as FYI....Everytime the defense has requested money for Richard Allen, they have been denied yet the lead prosecutor, lead investigator and someone else are giving themselves raises because they are working on this case. Now tell me why the state says it was him? I want Justice for these girls. I want the man/men who did these evil acts to meet their makers in jail but I want it to be the right ones and I can't say Richard Allen is the one.

      @sngray11@sngray1115 күн бұрын
    • @ivyrose779 I honestly don't know. I don't belong to any of them. The FBI, in their conclusion, stated this was a pagan sacrifice killing with another death. They said from experts in the field and knowledge base that pagan killings happen near water. Their bodies were found near the creek. They use knives instead of guns to kill. The weapon was a knife to their carotid artery. Their investigation stated that 92-96 individual steps were needed from the moment they saw the video to the time of their approximate death. That is a 2 hr time frame. You would think someone had to touch the bodies to place them in that position with the wood framing them. THEY DID NOT FIND RA DNA NOR FOOTPRINTS THAT MATCHED RA. However, in their investigation, his DA talked to the lead investigator and how they found the exact depiction on a guy's Facebook page of how the girls were depicted shortly after. No one except the police had that info. They talked to this individual, and he asked them if they would find his DNA after spitting on one of them. Finally, this guy confessed to his sister and someone else he and others were the ones who killed these 2 girls, but RA was not one of them. One of the girls was dating the son of an Odonist, and this guy and his friends wanted to join his sect of the organization. When these murders first occurred, the first eye witnessed saw a man on the bridge who was young and described him to the police. Both of them were on the bridge before she turned away to go back to her car. According to her, the police wanted her to change the description of who she saw, but she refused to change it. The DA did not find out about this until late last year that the police set up multiple dvr's to record interviews with those in the pagan side of the investigation, but these interviews were recorded over multiple times with no log of knowing who was interviewed and by whom. Lastly, the only time this judge has and is going to allow cameras in the courtroom was when she got the DA's removed from this case. Every motion from the DA has been denied. They requested money for experts to go against the PA exports. She denied it. It is why they were able to raise at least $25000 in a GoFundMe type campaign, but the lead PA, the lead investigator, and someone else are getting raises for their work on this case. One final note, the composite sketch of the older gentleman was everywhere in Delphi. It was in every business window, including the CVS that RA worked at, and no one made the conection? Now, onto the States case. Of course, we don't know everything they have, but what they have said was he admitted he was on the bridge during the time of their disappearance and deaths. "He" confessed to killing them during phone conversations to his wife and mother after being locked up in prison after being abused by guards who wear Odinism patches on their uniforms. Finally, the bullet that was found 2 inches into the ground between the girls could have come from a gun he owned. They can not confirm that it came from that gun, but there weren't enough etchings on the bullet to confirm it came from his gun, but it could have. If that is the strongest evidence the state has, these 2 experienced DA are going to rip the States case apart. I'm going to ask John if he is going to the trial and if so, what day. I want to be there also.

There are the planks of the bridge itself, the rim at the edge, and the tree behind him. All of these can be measured, and with stand ins, or even mannequins of varying sizes, they could reconstruct the angle and positioning to get a pretty accurate approximation. ✌

They somehow make up their minds about someone's guilt based on a few video blurbs and other news snippets. They weren't there. They've never been to the town or the crime scene. They didn't know the victims and they don't know the accused. Yet somehow they "know" he did it. It's exactly because of people like this, who don't know sh!t, that we have trials. Shout out to whoever it was that said the cops have no idea who did it but have found someone they can take down for it. This is a little rinky-dink town, not Chicago or Memphis. I'm willing to bet that none of them have ever investigated a weird murder like this. What experience they do have investigating murder is probably confined to drug murders, domestic murders, murders committed in the course of robberies, and murders stemming from bar brawls. In other words, the easy kind. Also we have precious little information. We still don't know how the victims were killed, whether they were sexually assaulted, what the motive was. Maybe more importantly we don't know why they are keeping all this secret. Did Allen do it? LOL! I don't know. AND NIETHER DO YOU. Duh. Duh duh duh.

They let a device raise their kid cause they wont cause they cant pry themselves away from their device, yet they won't let them go outside cause they think that makes then a good parent by saving them from some irrational fear. Embarrassing and pathetic

    • Still no reason to bash the parents. The girls have been there before; just a walk in the afternoon in broad daylight. If there ever was a serious fall on the bridge, it would be public knowledge. They could've blocked access, yes, but it was a popular recreational area.

  • I am sorry I feel they are using him as a patsy. I seriously doubt he did this. The cult is a LOT closer. You have no clue how rampant occult worship is. But you are about to find out just how big these cults are.

    • ‘Yes’,and prominent people are involved in these cults, including judges and law enforcement officers 🤷‍♀️ could be why no one is getting anywhere with this case. The judge who sent Allen to Department of Corrections,recused himself and stepped down from the case with a very lame reason for stepping down, needs to be investigated. Even law enforcement, and prominent attorneys get involved in such practices, and go after townspeople, for sacrificing . The guys who are suspects could also be involved or not. It’s cultists, and they could possibly be trying to put it off on someone who is innocent, to cover their own tracks. They need to call in outside investigators from elsewhere to do a long hard thorough investigation.

  • I have been following since beginning: There are many inconsistencies. A) RA does not fit any of the professional psychological profiles. B) where is full audio recording. Time to release it. C) where is full video. Why just a half sec clip. Time to release full video. D) video clip is shopped. This is obvious when is it viewed frame by frame. Bridge guy is missing half his leg in 4 frames. It was most liking cut and paste onto the bridge pic E) two totally different sketches.. generations apart and released chronologically backwards. F) unspent cartridge found after the original investigation. It could have been dropped there before or after. G) the girls were 13 and 14. Dates missing and found 13 and 14. H) does RA voice digitally match the audio of "down the hill"? I) imo the voice sounds like the most uptight figure DC. This i have put in comments many times. I live in another country and one day i got a phone call from a number In same county in Indiana. I do not know anyone from there and finally is there a DNA match? Something is rotten in Denmark imo.
