For years and years, I went through terrible tribulation in my life. I could not have made it through if I had not had Dr. Stanley‘s sermons to listen to. I would listen to them all day long one after another while working at home around the house. Those sermons strengthen me and gave me courage to press on thank the Lord for Dr. Stanley. Praise the Lord for all he’s done.

I'm mentally dwelling on the negativity of things that has been causing my depression. I have anniversaries. I starting to deepen drastically. I chose to seek God for help. I needed this sermon. I was so sad to hear of his passing, I cried.😢 He had a way of preaching God's word that both convicted me and made me feel so loved by our Lord and Savior. His sermons got me through some really rough times and taught me so much about aspiring to live a Godly life. No one will fill his shoes. One of the last true men of God who walked the walk....with Christ by his side. I believe He is joyously celebrating as He praises the Lord! I know that feeling of shame of not knowing things, but it’s actually wisdom from God to realize how little we actually know. The shame comes from the evil one who wants us to build up our own self-importance. With God, we have everything we need. Never be afraid to ask or not to know things because His Grace is all you need. You are exactly as He designed you to be, and so there could be no better version than who He intended you to be. Iv'e been listening to "Uncle Charles" for over 30 yrs. I want to take some time to pray for Pastor Stanley for he has continued to (even thru death of loved ones, societal changes, and personal health issues) bring us the Good News of Jesus for longer than some viewers have been alive. We have taken advantage of his messages for such a long time its hard to imagine a time when he won't be with us any longer. Pastor Stanley if you ever read this God bless you and know that you have done a phenomenal job bringing Christ's loving message to us ALL. You have never made any of us feel judged, ashamed, or afraid of the Word and not all pastors could accomplish THAT. Now another message, for all of those here reading this. KEEP GOING. Do not stop in your efforts to get to know our Higher Power Jehovah and His son. You are here for a reason and there is nothing that this world can offer to replace that love and relationship. The sleepless nights, the arguing, the feelings of low self esteem, whatever it may be do no let these feelings overcome you or stop you. Remember the words of Jesus, "for I have overcome the world", there is no-one in history that has ever uttered those words with such certain love and yet he deals with us so lovingly. Nothing is forever in life. Bad days and good days. God always watch over us. Knowing God and jesus are only way to our life.
Dr Stanley and his teachings led me to a closer relationship with Christ, there are times when my "head/,thoughts" don't agree we with my heart and His word...it can be a battle.....however "take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ" and "the battle was won at the cross". There are days of loneliness and doubt that I repeat scripture many times to get my heart and mind agreeing. Dr Stanley's messages taught me to go to His word to keep my belief and peace in Him.
