My friend after falling thru a second story floor and tons of surgeries ended up in a wheelchair. After several years, he told me he was going to fight his way out of it and started going to a swimming pool with a handicapped lift. Today, he walks without aid, so he gave his electric chair to someone that needs it. Never give up on your dreams!

I got into 2 grad programs for a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (hoping for the third one) and these types of stories is what I hope one day I can help patients see. Obviously I understand this was a lot more work than OT like PT and many different practices, but it's great to see all the different practitioners working to get him back on his feet. And of course, can't forget his own courage and grit, no easy task... truly amazing!

I'm always thankful to God for the things I'm able to. I never even fight over a parking spot, I park as far away and I thank God for being able to walk, run climb and everything I'm able to do. I'm grateful and happy for this young man and everybody that helped him. Always be grateful for even the smallest things like a glass of water and for the miracles like being able to walk and see!

I was bed bound after an accident for over a year, and, bizarrely, 1 of the things I missed doing the most was silly things, like the washing up. Or pushing a vacuum cleaner around my house. I'm better than I was, but still not 100%, won't ever be. The pain gets too much some days, even on large prescribed doses of oxy. But if this guy can literally do the impossible, it gives people like me hope too💖

Hats off to you man I remember when broke my C1 they told me I'd never walk again. But I walked out of the hospital 6 days after my injury no surgery no fusions just the hope and willingness to get going again and to never give up. I'm glad your doing good man.

When I tell you I was screaming "C'MON BUD, C'MON!!" and "ALMOST THERE YOU GOT THIS" "KEEP GOING KEEP GOING!!!!" and "DON'T GIVE UP YOU'RE ALMOST THERE" and let out a huge "LET'S GOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" When he actually walked again, for a guy that I've never seen before in my life. I don't fucking know who that is, but I am so insanely proud of him.

Well it might not be because of that, just saying. When I had surgery post op I was on morphine to dull the pain and it put me in the best mood possible.

Bro this is me. It doesn’t matter what I ever get diagnosed with or whatever misfortune happens I’m never going to just take it sitting down. I got corona twice (or I guess it was just the flu but they’d Call it corona) and within 2 hours the first time and 6 hours the second time I forced it out of my system by walking on the treadmill for miles. I was disoriented and my joints hurt extremely bad. I would almost pass out at times but I wasn’t going to sit there and let myself be sick. If cancer got me it’d have to get my while I was pushing my body to its limit. I’m not anything special or trying to brag I’m just saying my resolve is too strong to accept it for what it is.

HELL YEAH! I broke my neck when I was 17 & some how wasnt paralyzed, I have 8 screws 2 rods and a plate. I never had to go through what this man did, but im reminded every day just how close I was to being completely paralyzed! Bless this guy! Hes a beast!

My friend after falling thru a second story floor and tons of surgeries ended up in a wheelchair. After several years, he told me he was going to fight his way out of it and started going to a swimming pool with a handicapped lift. Today, he walks without aid, so he gave his electric chair to someone that needs it. Never give up on your dreams!

The brave face at the beginning of this video whilst in a neck brace, the challenges he faced and all that hardwork, pain and overcoming those mental barriers that come with being paralysed to the end result. @@radhamanohar2307 Usually with any decent healthcare plan. Physical Therapy is a long, stressful, awful process but it helps. It's insanely painful too and makes you feel worthless depending on the injury you got.

I got into 2 grad programs for a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (hoping for the third one) and these types of stories is what I hope one day I can help patients see. Obviously I understand this was a lot more work than OT like PT and many different practices, but it's great to see all the different practitioners working to get him back on his feet. And of course, can't forget his own courage and grit, no easy task... truly amazing!

I got my nasal bone fractured into three pieces 2 weeks back and doctor told me to rest and now walk or run much. This short made my injury feel such a mini one. I am so happy for this guy :))

I'm always thankful to God for the things I'm able to. I never even fight over a parking spot, I park as far away and I thank God for being able to walk, run climb and everything I'm able to do. I'm grateful and happy for this young man and everybody that helped him. Always be grateful for even the smallest things like a glass of water and for the miracles like being able to walk and see!
I was bed bound after an accident for over a year, and, bizarrely, 1 of the things I missed doing the most was silly things, like the washing up. Or pushing a vacuum cleaner around my house. I'm better than I was, but still not 100%, won't ever be. The pain gets too much some days, even on large prescribed doses of oxy. But if this guy can literally do the impossible, it gives people like me hope too💖
Hats off to you man I remember when broke my C1 they told me I'd never walk again. But I walked out of the hospital 6 days after my injury no surgery no fusions just the hope and willingness to get going again and to never give up. I'm glad your doing good man.
