BJJ Fanatics was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your BJJ skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for BJJ Students who don’t look at BJJ as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

  • Huge honor for me to see someone who has clearly learned a lot from Nicky rod

  • We drilled this today and hit it on a couple of unexpecting training partners during the rolls. It's crazy how effective this choke is. And worst case, you take the back. Crazy!

  • I don't understand any of these references in the comments, but he kept saying "in line with the spine" but... his arm was definitely perpendicular...

    • I had the same confusion, he just means to say your arm should be across the opponent's spine and not off to the side of their neck

    • @thos Actually, I'm not wrong. What you're referring to is the normal or front Ezekiel. The rear or side Ezekiel is performed exactly how Craig is showing here. The only difference in the gi is the gripping on the sleeve. The finish is exactly the same.
