It's so delicious that I cook it almost everyday! Incredible fast and easy chicken dinner! Epic 10 minute chicken breast recipe with just a few ingredients! This is a terrific quick dinner idea for busy nights that's made with pantry staples. It's quite amazing how so few ingredients can transform into such a tasty sauce for chicken! Also this can be made with any protein - beef, pork, lamb, shrimp and even tofu! Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
60 g flour (1/4 cup)
3 1/2 tbsp butter or 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil or any
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
add 90 g (1/3 cup) honey (or maple syrup)
Chives

  • I'm a college student who just came here looking for a simple chicken breast recipe so I could cook something for dinner. Now I'm here crying cause this video fills me with nostalgia. It's so beautiful, with the kids in the background and the beautiful music. It was so nostalgic, how my mum would cook in the afternoons while my siblings and I would play nearby waiting for the food. Now I'm in college far away from my parents, having to worry about school, work, bills to pay. I truly didn't know how good I had it before it was gone. Thank you for the recipe.

  • Love this. So many focus on frying, baking with tons of other things, and complicated Chinese sauces or hard-to-find ingredients, but this is as simple as possible but full of flavor. I often have chicken breast in the freezer so this will be the perfect recipe for me. Good job!

    • Buy food thermometer, its not that useful when you have years of experience and used the same cooking pans/oven etc. so you know the temps and timings but for a newbie and in general its a really great tool and it doesn't cost much, just stick it in thickest part and google the meat you're cooking optimal temperature. Very easy to use, i was overcooking my chicken breasts and they always came out dry because i learned my oven/air fryer is super good so i need like 3-5mins less than most recipes on youtube, used food thermometer few times on different meats to reach X temp and they came out juicy and delicious, one of the best buys for starting home cooking person imho

    • Though I hv yet to take the First Step (i.e. actually cook some darn thing!), I visit your channel and keenly view all the way through most of your recipes for the same exact reasons: want to ease Madam in her kitchen work!
