In this episode the Lannister mercenary Dirk heads east to Essos in order to raid and pillage, and to help out his employers.
This is a series where I play as a lone soldier of the Lannister army in a game of thrones mod in Mount and Blade: Bannerlord.
This is basically Bannerlord but I play as a Soldier in Game of Thrones
The goal in this playthrough is sort of a zero to hero type of progression, where we start as a citizen with no combat skills and join the army of the lannisters to become a battle hardened veteran hero of the Lannisters
The soldier is ambitious and wants to eventually lead his own mercenary company.

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is a strategy action role-playing video game developed and published by TaleWorlds Entertainment. It is a prequel to Mount & Blade: Warband, a stand-alone expansion for the 2008 game Mount & Blade. Bannerlord takes place 210 years before its predecessor, with a setting inspired by the Migration Period.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is a strategy/action role-playing game. The fundamental gameplay premise is the same as previous entries in the series: the player builds up a party of soldiers and performs quests on an overhead campaign map, with battles being played out on battlefields that allow the player to personally engage in combat alongside their troops.

Two handed weapons tournament tactics : stay in the place, once the enemy is close to you start going forth and back (W-S key) - forward for just one step so they start the animation, back until you are at safe distance (usually 3-4 steps back). After that, just swing at the optimal range (especially tip of the polearm weapons, with a bit more lax aiming with 2h axes/maces/swords). It will stagger everyone except certain lords (in the base game, Battanian and Vlandian lords due to armor values + Sturgian lords when blow is dealt to the helmet iirc). It takes some practice and athletics to pull off, but that is a sure way to win those tournaments (even managed to do that a few times to Caladog in the early game).

I think how he was treated by lannisters before might make him realize that his loyalty is to gold and not to them.
well, he did want to follow the steps of his father in Westerlands, didn't he? On the other hand It would be beneficial for his band if he desires for it to grow strong and influential, and if he's patriotic enough, he can always come back.

It would be call if this mod (Or Bannerlord altogether) had some mechanic for intensifying wars - like, factions forming big alliances against eachother and going all out. The map in this mod is so big, but there is not a lot of action going on

mount and blade's combat actually just simulates blade positions entirely accurately allowing for back blocks like that. It's very nice attention to detail

I haven't played the game yet, but based on the last battle of the tournament, it would appear the AI is much improved over Warband (the contestant seemed to realize the tree was blocking his swing, and switched to only overhead attacks (it looked like he attempted a swing right before he died, once away from the tree) That's pretty cool if the AI is that smart

I know this is probably going to be a big no to my question but do you think a future possible DLC might include an undead army like the vampire counts from Total war Warhammer or maybe the white walkers from Game of thrones I'm pretty sure it's going to be a no but what are your thoughts?
There already is a really good mod for the Warhammer vampire count stuff. I haven't played it but I have seen several videos from other people playing and it looks really professional and well fleshed out.
