This story is normally told through a multi-episode drama but this has been condensed down to a two hour movie. It's refreshing to watch a shorten version of the story but truthfully for me, the full drama is more impactful. I would've not been opposed to seeing these two make a full version of this movie. I feel like I've watched every version of this and like all the adaption before it, this movie was very cute and fun.

This version deserves to be a full drama. Their chemistry and plot is so cute and not overly done. The boy is just rude and mean in a perfect amount and the girl stoped him from humiliating her at the right times. They are amazing

One of the best versions. And how they managed to achieve that feat considering its only a movie is amazing. I didn't have good expectations about this and also was really doubted it would be a goid adaptation but I was proven wrong. They have to be one of the best Zhi Shu and Xiang Qin ever. Id love to see a full version with them as the leads.
I just want the second season of this movie. I lowkey love this couple so much and somehow her persistence to me (imo) was bearable. She knew how to stand up by herself, she knew when to leave enough for the guy to want her, missing her, she knew when to come at the right moment. I just, love this version so much. 💯
