Somehow I stumbled across your Caesar 3 play through (massive nostalgia, and no wonder I always found it SO hard because I never understood the game mechanics properly!). That led me to a further nostalgia hit from your Theme Hospital play through (again, so much I never understood about that game!) and it’s only through watching that I knew about this game. I bought a copy for the PS4 last week and I LOVE it! Tumble was the first level I really struggled on. Mitton University took me way longer than you but I didn’t start out very optimally and it took time to stability. Tumble saw me in debt up to my ears and massive queues for everything, until I was able to expand and build huge wards to cope with the fracture emergencies. I spent a lot of time rearranging my initial layout to get up to that third star, using tips gleaned from watching your play through of Mitton. I’m just n Flemington now, and have had to restart the level because I ended up so much in debt I couldn’t build the treatment room the patients wanted so had no way to generate more money 😬 I’ll use some of the things I learned watching this video to see if I can do better I n my second attempt-I’m not watching the video for the level I’m on until after I’ve completed it... based on how slowly I completed Tumble compared to you, that could be a looong time ahead! I guess your relaxed gaming style has rubbed off on me-so many rage-quits in my younger days, now I’m enjoying trying to rise to the challenges and not get flustered when things start to go wrong, so thanks 🙏
Watching your playthrough made me realise how much money I waste on making the room look nice and prestigious. Also I never thought to place items close to the door. Think I'll go back and try Tumble again.
Yeah it's easy to get carried away with decorating haha. Nice to do but probably should do it later when you're rich.
Kind of late, but you don't need more than 1 nurse station in the ward/fraction ward. You can still add more nurses. About 1 nurse pr 3 beds.

Loss some nurse desks in fracture ward may help they focus on working around because going to nurse desk is also a task(maybe documenting?) You mat need some bins around drinking machines and pressing Ctrl and add medicine cupboard really help the reduce the queue.

1:45 Nvm. I'm pretty sure the hospital value on the right hand side just updates in chunks (increments), hense why it seems like hospital value is jumping up all of a sudden

The hospital value is truly the most difficult thing on this game I am currently on trying to get my 3rd star but the value is dropping massively. I didn’t realise till watching you video that there was another helipad so thanks for that. I just don’t understand this hospital value my rooms are all level 5 I hardly get any deaths but still I’m struggling. I don’t know what to train my staff in as I don’t want to waste the money.
When you click on a room there is an info tab that will give you a description of that room along with what the training should be for your people. Hope this helps.
Also you can sign certain staff to certain rooms so you can always make someone an ace in a specific area and bar them from going to the other areas. In this particular video he was missing vending machines hence the reason everyone was so hungry & tired. He also ignored every complaint about not enough bathrooms & could've used things that brought in revenue like a newsstand. Good luck, I like to watch others play because sometimes I learn things I wouldn't on my own.
was looking for mission 9 walkthrough i cant seem to find one, its the first hospital i went into debt and couldnt get out, gonna try again now, u get no money for diagnosis or treatment its friggin hard. u get money from the healthcare budget tho
You only need one nurses station in the facture ward.
Gosh, no wonder I keep failing at Tumble cause silly me set up only one traction bed per fracture ward and people kept bunching up, getting angry and my ratings and cash going downhill all the time... :D

I’m 3 hours into this and my cure rate just keeps getting lower I think I’ll have to restart to get 3*
Got a new trick for cure rate! I find it the hardest goal too. What you can do is to really train up your doctor's and upgrade your equipment, then kick EVERYONE out of your hospital. The next 20 new patients will come in and have no question and most likely get cured, getting your cure rate up.
Don’t forget, the mission said there would be a lot of broken bones due to the hospitals location. The briefs give you clues sometimes so perhaps focusing on getting that cure ready as soon as possible and making it high throughout by having multiple rooms might aid you in hitting the objectives. Loving the series through. I don’t have the time to play this right now so you give me my fix 😂 keep up the awesome vids man 😊

im on 18th year on tumble. my only problem is that hospital value would fluctuate everytime. please help
Hospital value isn't just how much stuff and money you have but it's projected value, like on the stock market. Profit margin is a big one here, so if you lower costs and increase profits it'll increase your hospital value.
I did exactly same steps and I realized I had -13000$ and you were with 180000$, wtf. 3 days stuck in this phase.
The patients coming into your game and mine aren't going to be exactly the same. Different sicknesses might mean you don't get the same number of cures in the same time as you might have the wrong room built or it's something that takes longer. Your doctors won't be the same as mine either. You have to adjust to your circumstances, copying steps exactly can lead to very different results.

Yeah it can be tough. Expanding real slow and using research to do nothing but making money can help.
Got this on ps4 and I can't even get 1 star in this. When I get close to getting it I run out of money and in the minus 500 000 dollars and I don't know how this happens and my reputation is low and I'm on only level 3.i followed this video and nah minus 3 million. I don't know how to pass this hospital. Once I get my fractured ward, ward, reception and GP office I'm out straight away
It could be the staff you're hiring have too high salaries. That's a common issue as it makes your monthly costs really high and suddenly you're in a spiral of losing money. Firing staff might be the solution. Might also wanna cut back on heating/cooling spending. That bill can run really high. You can also tweak prices to profit more.

@@GamerZakh cure rate I have no idea and my reputation drops dramatically 20min in game. I followed this video and once I pay a second building then that's where it goes wrong and if I don't I can't install any wards
@@asylumfox7987 I can't remember off hand where to check cure rate, but that's a really important one. If you're not curing people and they're just leaving or dying, your money and reputation will drop dramatically.
PS4 version of the game has a copy room button
They patched it in after this video was made, it's on the PC now too. It was a mod first and then the devs decided to implement it properly.
@@GamerZakh Been watching these as I just recently got the game and have been having troubles with strategy. I managed to get 3 stars on one of the cold hospitals after I watched that video. Your videos are really helpful.
