    • Not to mention, the cues can always be taken into your own training. For instance his cue to the slower bigger guy, he’s talking about him trying to watch his toe almost get past his knee on strides and I am planning on using that next time I train.

  • I subbed to this channel because I learned a lot of exercises from Chris. I love training like an athlete as opposed to just lifting weights and call it a day, cuz that shit is boring AF. I started doing bodybuilding, but my stamina and mobility is shit. But when I changed it to calisthenics and strength and conditioning it's much more fun.

  • Chris, important question: when you have the one kid doing trap bar deadlift should he be going down slower and then exploding up? Or it doesn’t matter the pace you perform reps in that exercise?

    • frank sacco I haven't tried the flight program but if it's anything like ESA then you'll definitely see the results! You just have to be patient and not rush through it or slack off! Everything's got to be 100% ME on every rep
