    • Hello, I’m starting a wooden manufacturing business in my country and would need your suggestions on how to get a machine that can make these designs. I have seen the CNC routers but unfortunately it’s a bit above my budget as a starting business. Are they are alternatives which are less expensive yet gives good result? Will appreciate your assistance. Thank you

  • This is extremely difficult to do, freehand router work is very hard indeed and requires a lot of skill, practice and experience. This is most definitely not a common woodwork technique and even the very best machinist, carpenter or joiner would not be able to simply use their router and be able to come anywhere close to producing this level of craftsmanship. Freehand router control is possibly the most difficult thing to accomplish to any acceptable degree of quality in the finished product. This man gets my full respect and admiration for his level of skill and dedication to his craft, from one joiner/machinist of 30 years to another this is truly impressive. To anyone who doesn't understand why this is so impressive they have never used a router and I suggest asking a friend who works with wood why and I'm sure they'll be happy to demonstrate.

  • I just finished building the handrail on my deck kzhead.infoUgkxfQ5_mgwq6PcudJvAH25t-I4D-3cTPz4z and used this great little router to clean up the top rail before the final sanding and stain. It was light weight but packed lots of power. Either size battery didn't seem to make it top heavy and I'm a 64 yr old women so I really appreciated how easy it was to use...................... CORDLESS only way to go !!

      @johnwaltersalas93@johnwaltersalas93 Жыл бұрын
    • When handling woodworking tools gloves are a danger. It's advised not to use gloves as you loose feeling and if your glove gets caught you will get pulled in. If you don't have the glove you will only get damage where you touched.
